The woman I spoke to on the phone was not only efficient but understood exactly what I wanted in flowers (somewhere between a sad white lilies and a super cheery bouquet), was able to work with my budget, and even offered same-day delivery. I feel confident not only in giving my credit card information over the phone sight unseen, but that Curly Willow will send them something lovely, and even though it won't make her pain any less painful at least I feel like I've done something to make this time a little less dark.

Went back and got other set, got home and side pieces was wrong when I went to put it together, boards where so warped they would not connect together. Went back to store and they had no other sides that would work. All Bobby T was worried about was that I did not live at Quitman so he would not lose money going to exchange piece. I made 5 trips to store when I brought everything back , I offered that if they would give some money back I would buy and build the sides myself and was met with NO WE CANNOT DO THAT, just bring it back and we will give your money back, which they did and then Bobby T had the gall to say " well I guess we probably won't be getting more of your business".
