He had provided proper instructions at the gate, my bad. The driver, he is an Air Force Veteran, was also very professional. Helped us with loading and unloading our baggage. He wrote down our space number on a card, including we are Premium. And made sure we were informed on identifying the correct West bus on our return.

She was able to give me a credit on my account. Even though I'm want planning on using it until this October I spoke with Mr Winkler today who assured me not only that I had a credit, but he proceeded to immediately make my the October reservation over the phone and email me the QR code. I don't know how often they clean it though. I see some food trucks that were here so maybe it is popping and busy here sometimes. The road definitely needs work and touchup though. Potholes and cracked asphalt. It's rough looking but it gets the job done for when you need to wait a little bit before picking someone up.

For this, they told us we got a 'ticket' for parking in the compact car only spot despite us not seeing any indication that the spot was for monthly parkers. The attendant was being incredibly rude about it, told us it was then $50. They knew immediately that we made a mistake because our ticket was invalid and could not be registered in the machine. The place is a total scam, but I get the convenience of it being in downtown though, make sure to read allllll the signs because they'll come down and show pictures of the signs to patronize you and say you didn't read it. They will also get super sensitive when you serve them the kind of attitude they were giving and say that the whole conversation has been recorded, super fun experience.

Initially, it was $8 per day. Now it's $9. Great prices for a covered on site garage in this area. There are 2 large garage structures to pick from. The actual train station is less than a minute walk. Exiting this garage is even simpler. I appreciate this garage so much and look forward to always having a piece of mind knowing my vehicle is climate safe.

Charles is one way so when you see the pretty mural on the left be prepared to make a left onto Franklin St. Right after the Catholic Chirch. Then, make almost a an immediate left into the garage. From this garage you are just a few blocks or less from great coffee, Yelpworthy restaurants, the famous Walters Art Museum, the first monument to George Washington and the Maryland Historical Society. As another Yelper's mentioned, upon entering the garage a token is dispensed rather than a paper ticket. Take the token with you so you can pay on foot on the ground floor before returning to your car. To pay, enter the token into the machine, pay with cash or credit card, and then a token will be returned to you that you drop at the gate as your drive out. I suspect these little tokens that feel like plastic have microchips in the, that track time spend in the garage and if the fare has been paid. I thought the rates here were reasonable. We spent several hours on a Sunday afternoon in the Mount Vernon neighborhood and the total to park was $5. This garage is on the small scale so it does feel a little tight in places.
