I've been parking with Fastpark2 or 11 years now and there is no better option for BWI parking. One one trip I failed to close the passenger window. There was bad weather coming, rain/snow/icy mix. One of their employees saw I left the passenger window open and they covered my car with a car cover. Best service ever! Great parking facility near BWI airport! I often use their facility when I travel from BWI airport. They have immediate pick up and drop off to the airport 24 hours. You can either purchase a ticket for the duration of your parking via online or you can pay at their counter. Services include water, paper, pick up and drop off. It's very convenient compared to parking at the BWI airport parking space because they have any time pick up and drop off and they rotate every 10 minutes. So we have never waited for over 10 minutes. Only reason I have given them 4 stars is that they recently increased their prices to around $10 per night. It's kinda expensive even though you get some perks. I wish they could get back to a nominal price. read more

My experience here was just like I hoped - uneventful, efficient, and reasonably priced. I'm practically always running late, so this particular travel day, I jetted into the location, where I quickly parked, unpacked the car and stepped right up to the shuttle. Just as good at Fast Park 1! I don't really notice a big difference in the amount of time it takes me to get to the airport, although I guess that the one that is more expensive is closer! Scan your QR code at the front, the friendly attendant will tell you where to park, then the shuttle follows you right to your car. The shuttle will drop you off exactly where you need to go international versus domestic. I have personally never waited more than 2 minutes for the shuttle to get to me, and that was during peak travel times where there were other people getting picked up with me. Checking out is the same as checking in, you scan the QR code, then insert your credit card, and then you're set! You also earn rewards if you register online, getting occasional days of free parking! Pays to be loyal to them. this experience is leaps and bounds than economy parking at the airport, where you often have to wait a long time in order to get picked up by a very crowded bus! read more

You may wonder if a parking lot can possibly offer any sort of value add. These folks do. First, the lot employees and shuttle drivers are all friendly and helpful. The gate employee directs me to a row and the shuttle either follows me or is there within 90 seconds every time. Cooking back, we've never waited more than five minutes for a return shuttle, and sometimes there's been no wait at all. Prime is reasonable, the technology works as it should, and all in all it's a stress-free experience. read more

having returned after 16 hours travelling was "treated" to aggressive rude gate attendant at 11.30 at night. Made management aware and they essentially called me a liar and said as I was out in under 90 seconds what was the problem? Clearly manners and customer service are non-existent! 6 Stars is the real review Impressed again and again through the years. I used Fast Park 2 for many years & many many flights. Steady customer service & always a helpful person in the booth. It was an absolutely busy day when I left town. I didn't realize I was on gas fumes when I parked my car. I fly home on a hot summer afternoon. I pulled out of the lot and ran out of gas. I walked back to the booth where the attendant summoned the manager. The manager went into the garage, found a partially full gas can. He drove to my car and added a few gallons. Then asked for nothing in return. I can't explain how grateful I was. Fast Park2 has a customer for life and I'm one of the biggest advocates for others to use Fast Park2's services. read more

This is BWI's best-kept secret, which I am now shouting from the rooftops: The best way to go for long-term parking at BWI is Airport Fastpark! $6.40 a day, 24/7. The lowdown: Airport Fastpark is not owned by BWI airport, and is your cheapest option. When you get there: There are two lots, the red and blue, both of which are 5 minutes from the airport terminals. You pull into the lot, the guy at the entrance tells you what row to go in. There's a shuttle bus that literally follows you to wherever you park. The shuttle driver will help you with your bags and then give you a ticket with your parking space number written right on it (blue ticket for the blue lot, red ticket for the red lot). You'll get a ride to your airport terminal, the driver will again help you with your bags, and then you can tip him. Getting back to your car from the terminal: Wait at the second curb outside the baggage claim area where moms and dads and g/bfs are picking up their loved ones. When you see your shuttle, hold up the ticket that the driver gave you and flag him down. The great thing about this is that these shuttles come WAY more frequently than any of the other shuttles do. They claim to come every 3-5 min, and I believe it. Make sure that you look for the red shuttle if you parked in the red lot, and the blue shuttle if you parked in the blue lot. Hand the driver your ticket with the parking space number on it, and he'll take you right there. The best part? With the internet coupon, it only costs $6.40 (with tax) a day to park in these lots. The website says that there's complimentary bottle of water too? That's pretty crazy. Tips: - Sign up for the frequent parker program. When you accumulate eight points (one point for each day), you get one free day of parking. With 40 points, you get an entire free stay (equivalent to seven days)! - Remember: Red lot, red shuttle bus, red ticket. Blue lot, blue shuttle blus, blue ticket. - PRINT OUT THE INTERNET COUPON. Without this coupon, you do not get the amazing $6.40 (plus tax) deal! The drivers and all of the staff that work with Airport Fastpark were extremely friendly and helpful! It was the simplest and most pleasant part of my travels this weekend, and I will not use any other parking service at BWI ever again. read more

Bottom Line: FastPark 2 makes parking at the airport enjoyable. As a frequent business traveler, my car spends plenty of time in this lot. Here is why I make FastPark 2 my only choice for airport parking: - Always welcomed at the entrance in a friendly manner and offered a complimentary copy of the Baltimore Sun. - There is no lugging of luggage here. You are assigned a row and then the bus comes to you. Upon boarding the bus, they will write down your parking spot for you so you can tuck it in your wallet. - The drivers are always friendly and the busses are clean. It's an efficient five minutes to the Southwest Terminal. - Upon return, the bus driver takes you to your spot and even puts your luggage in your trunk. Heart. - Upon exiting the lot, you can grab a complimentary cold bottle of water. For $8.40 a day, I feel like FastPark 2 is well worth it. In the summer months, I will miss not having covered parking but I'll just have to get over that. read more

My favorite place to park when I fly at BWI! I have to fly from Dulles a few weeks from now and since I've been spoiled by FastPark 2, I'm not sure how I'll deal. :( Quick run through of how it works: 1. Get a rewards card, which you can swipe to be let in. Alternatively, press the button to receive a ticket. Actually, the machine is pretty tall so one of the attendants will press/swipe for you. NOTE: On busier weeks, I believe this lot might be reserved for Rewards members. 2. You'll be told to park in a particular row. The attendant is good at communicating to the shuttle driver so as soon as you pull into an open spot, the shuttle is right there. The driver will help with luggage then hand you a parking spot card. Flashforward to Returning 3. There are some specific areas that you can be picked up from (Doors 7 & 10?)- might require a bit of a walk depending where you're coming from. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle. Hand the driver your parking spot card. 4. Aaaand it's pretty straightforward. You get dropped off at your car and you can proceed to the aisles and pay. You'll also be able to pick up a bottle of cold water on your way out. So far it's been really great- Quick service, courteous and friendly attendants and drivers. FastPark 2 is conveniently located close to the airport so I don't think it even takes 5 minutes to drive from one to the other! read more

I love this parking lot. The only thing that would make it better is if it had more covered spaces. It's pretty close to the airport and when you pull in they send a bus to pick you right away (in all the cases we have been). The price is reasonable and they are always very courteous. They drive you right up to your car when you are returning and they don't expect much in return. Although we try to remember to bring money for a tip. They pick you up when you arrive right from the terminal - and then when you leave you can get a bottle of water to go. Oh they also have newspapers when you are departing. Enjoy! Best Experience, user friendly, easy to locate parking areas. we had to catch a very early flight, someone was in the booth, provided us with a ticket and showed us where we needed to park. we had barley finished parking when the shuttle bus came right next to our truck to load up our luggage and family. drove us to the airport in 5 minutes. on our way back samething happened. picked us up in no time, loaded us up and dropped us back where we started right next to our truck again. the gentleman help us with loading and unloading. he was very friendly politics and respectful. highly recommend their service and reasonable price, oh and they give complimentary cold water bottles :) read more

I think this is the first review I've ever done without a prompt. I've been using FastPark2 for several years now and they provide an outstanding, affordable service. It's cheaper than the public lot, the van is almost always waiting at my car before I get out of it and is almost always waiting at the airport curb when I leave the airport, and the staff is unfailingly pleasant. In addition, you get points for savings on future visits. It is just never part of the hassle of getting to my gate! read more

I'll be honest here - I haven't used FastPark services but I was so impressed by one of their drivers' kindness that I will definitely use them in the future. We exited the terminal and headed toward the shuttle for another parking company we used. We were in a rush to get back to DC and were hoping to catch the shuttle right away. As we were approaching, it started moving away. We waved and yelled for it to stop but the driver didn't see us. The FastPark driver parked nearby saw us and signaled the other shuttle driver to stop. He went out of his way to help us and that's great customer service! read more

Pretty shocked how awesome this company is. For under $10 a day you can't really complain. When we were getting our luggage out of our trunk, a shuttle was already stalking us then immediately picked us up. You get a ticket with your EXACT parking location. I suggest keeping the ticket somewhere on you and your time card in your car. When you get back you give your ticket and the shuttle will take you to your exact location. If you're paying credit card you can use the fast lanes to pay at the exit. So easy. What a great company. Their shuttles look cool too. Fast Park 2 (formerly Red Lot) is the most convenient option for parking your car when flying in and out of BWI. I pulled up to the gate and swiped my card. The attendant immediately told me which aisle to pull into. Once into the aisle, there was an open spot within the first 4 spaces. Even before I finished parking, the shuttle pulled up right behind me. Once parked, I popped my trunk to grab the bags. As I reached in to grab it, the shuttle driver was right next to me, with a smile. He took it off my hands and placed it in the shuttle. Grabbed a bottle of water and the newspaper and we were on our way. He gave me a card with my parking space # and instructions to catch the shuttle on my way back. Great service! read more

Door to door service from your car to the airport terminal...as good as it gets for off-site airport parking. At BWI, the off-site airport parking is pretty close to the terminal so you don't need to give yourself too much time to get to the terminal. The drivers here are friendly and the newspaper in the morning and bottled water available when you exit is a nice touch. Good pricing and great rewards to accumulate toward free parkng! read more

This is so affordable and easy. I use to go to daily garage, and although I like the fact that it is covered, at $12/ day it gets pretty pricey. I tried Fast Park 2 a few weeks ago and it was convenient and saved me $20 in parking costs. What has me hooked was my last experience. It had snowed during my vacation, and this wonderful driver "Grey Haired Greg" brushed off the snow for me. Also, Its nice to have a free bottle of water for the drive home. read more

What a great organization FastPark 2 is. I usually use FastPark 2 for my business travel purposes, because they treat me like gold and I never have to worry about my car being towed/stolen/vandalized. I have been using the FastPark shuttle for about 2 months now and I can honestly say that everytime I walk out of BWI airport, there has NEVER been a time where a shuttle isn't there waiting for me! For a total of 4 days, it costs me about $36 to park and then they shuttle you to and from the airport, which is like a 5 minute drive. My usual driver, Johnny is so unbelievably friendly and always "has my bags". haha.. get it?! Also, the other night the machine ate my "rewards" card and the staff member JP was super attentive to help save the day and get my card back from the monster's mouth within 10 minutes. Important to note also is that you'll get yourself a free water and newspaper upon entering and leaving FastPark2.. and if you get yourself a "frequenter" card, you'll start accruing free parking for yourself. Great Airport Parking option If you need a place to park outside of the Airport parking lots... then look no further than FastPark 2. From good prices to good service.. you can't go wrong. When you first drive in its the standard parking lot process, attendant tells you aisle number, you park, shuttle creeply follows you to pick you up... same old, but I found the service of the attendants to be nice and helpful since I asked them a couple questions. Once your parked and the shuttle picks you up, you notice that the shuttle is actually clean and the parking lot is so close to the Airport that its really only 5 mins and boom your at the ticket counter. The driver was nice, courteous and you didn't feel like you HAD to give him a nice tip... he happly gave us water and didn't say anything about tips, money, or having a hard job... that warrants a good tip. Some of the other companies drivers all complain about how they need to be paid more and that def. makes me want to NOT use their service. The first half was good... on to the second half (the pick up) The BEST park of the FastPark 2 is that the shuttle(s) are there all the time!! They are constantly running even at the last flight of the night... You won't wait longer than 4 mins for a shuttle, which is awesome!! Alot of other companies run every 10 or mins but if there is line for the shuttle then you could be waiting and/or fighting for a spot! Once in the shuttle the driver was nice and when leaving the attendent was nice and helpful as well.. .so several pluses right there! Overall FastPark 2 is the way to go, good service, quick shuttles and a close proximity to the airport make this a must try! Don't keep the shuttle waiting... Cheers read more

Seriously don't know why you would pick ANY other option to park short-term when leaving from BWI. I've been using FastPark 2 since they were Red Lot, and I've never been let down. I'm estimating this is about 20 or so times. From pulling up to the kiosk and having the attendant greet you and offer you a complimentary USA Today, to pulling into a space and always having a van ready and waiting for you even before you cut the ignition off on your car.. It's a great feeling! Coming back to BWI is just as nice, as you never have to wait more than a few minutes for a green Park 2 shuttle to pick you up from one of two designated spots. Then the complimentary bottle of water as you leave and pay is the icing on the cake. I'd gladly pay their fair rates every time for service as consistent as Park 2 gives. read more

Cheap? Yep. Convenient? Maybe. I just got back from a trip and left my car here for 4 days only to find it snowed in and the front end completely buried by the plow snowbank. The employees did eventually come help dig me out. But I had to wait 40 minutes for their assistance because there was only two of them and a lot of people needing to be set free. I learned my lesson and will be parking at the airport garage during winter months. It's worth a few extra dollars. read more

I dont think I have ever had to wait more than 5 minutes for a pick-up at the terminal, and never have to wait for pick-up at my car. They are genuinely nice people at Fast Park 2 and the service is great! They pick you up at your car, get your bag, give you a stub with your car's parking space number and take you to the airport quickly. On return, the shuttle bus picks you up, brings you right to your car and puts your bag in the trunk. There is a bottle of cold water when you check out. If you have ever searched for your car at those huge lots at BWI, those days are over! You won't believe how good it is at Fast Park 2! read more

I've been going to Fastpark 2 for 20 years (my Dad was a loyal user and got me there) and sadly it has progressively moved from quick and personal to inefficient. The benefit used to be pull in, get picked up, and get to the airport before you even would have anywhere else. Now the model seems to have changed. Less buses and more pickups have made it much slower; I've on occasion waited 3-5 minutes for a pickup at my car. I can look past the airport pickup issues as the airport screwed all the off site lots with the single pickup location, it's really the lot pickup that has disappointed me. People are still nice, but the model of efficiency for business travelers has been lost. I keep hoping it gets better, but maybe time for a change. read more

Wonderful airport transport! If you are short on time, their service is great!!! Picked me up immediately directly from my car.!?! : ) Very clean and super comfortable quick ride to BWI. I think I was at my airline platform in about 15 minutes from the time I locked my car door. No kidding. The price was $10 and change-- the same as shorter term BWI parking. Immediate pick up at airport when I returned at 11:15 pm from my travels. Very nice driver. I selected this shuttle bc BWI airport parking, short and long term, was full over the Memorial Day weekend 2019. Fast Park 2 was better, more comfy, and quicker than BWI airport parking, and basically same price. I WILL USE AGAIN!!! read more
