Brittany is the owner of the Glamour Witch, and I believe the sole esthetician. She offered a variety of services including body waxing, body sugaring, threading, lash lifts, tinting, makeup services, and is also getting certified in micro blading. I haven't gotten my eyebrows threaded in almost 2 years, and they were in dire need of a clean up. I found this shop recommended in a Facebook group so I figured I'd give it a try. It's also highly rated on both Facebook & Google. The appointment booking process is extremely easy, and can be done via their website. Appointments are given time slots so you know exactly how long you'll be there for your service. For eyebrow threading it was a 15 minute time slot, which is pretty typical for that type of service. Brittany is extremely friendly and personable. She made me feel comfortable right away, and was lovely to chat with. She asked me how I liked my eyebrows to be shaped, and went to work. She is a skilled esthetician, and cleaned up my brows well while maintaining the natural shape. After she was done threading she asked me if I wanted my brows filled in with makeup. The pricing is reasonable and on par with going price for the services provided. Eyebrow threading was $22, and all her prices are listed when you go to book an appointment so there will be no surprises. I will be coming to Brittany again for brow threading, and other beauty services I may need!

Eye lift and tint- 2/5. The technician was fine. Commented on how long my eyelashes were, but when she was finished, it looked just ok. I even said this...they usually look more dark and more curled. She was dismissive and wished me a good day after I paid. I have had this services done multiple times other places, it was really disappointing. I will still need mascara and 90.00 is gone. Never again. This was the ER location.

Unfortunately, it was the worst eyebrow experience I've ever had. The threading was rushed and poorly done--my eyebrows were barely cleaned up, left with no shape, and my upper lip was still noticeably unfinished and patchy. She also left a patch of very short hairs on my left brow, which makes them look uneven and messy. I also had a chemical reaction to the lamination (which I understand isn't necessarily their fault), but it didn't even seem like it was applied properly--it barely lasted at all, so I'm not convinced it was done right. And the tint... it was so blotchy and uneven that I was actually relieved it washed off the next day. I never leave negative reviews, but I wish someone had warned me. I chose this place based on the glowing reviews, so maybe I just had a really off experience--but I won't be returning.

Heck maybe Im giving away one of the best places ever to book by putting it on Yelp! The owner Michelle is (pardon my language) f-ing amazing!! Her knowledge of waxing, sugaring, skin, facials, Brazilians, etc is outstanding. Personality and making you feel comfortable is 15/10 and she's not one to push something on you at all, and will tell you her honest recommendations on things. I've gotten Brazilian Waxes, brows, and full face wax all by her and it's always amazing. QUICK, great at distraction ( let's be honest we all need that being waxed/sugared down under especially .. or anywhere) and super amazing. You can tell she loves what she does, and also knows what she's doing. Highly recommend!
