I got a confirmation email for 90 mins as well. I couldn't wait to come here because I was having back and leg pain. When I got here I could tell I was probably one of the last appointments for the day. The girl up front was super friendly and also confirmed my 90 minute prenatal massage. I don't remember my therapist's name but she was very friendly and sweet. I'm rating this 2 stars because she talked the WHOLE time during my massage. I knew her whole life, her husband and kids, the church she went to, where she grew up, etc. I tried to be discreet and close my eyes to give her a hint but she did not take it. It was not relaxing at all. Although the massage was good, I was upset because she only gave me a 60 minute massage. I didn't realize it until I got dressed and saw the clock. I went back to the front and said something to the girl and front desk and she apologized. I didn't get charged for the 90 min massage but still I was really hoping for the full 90 mins. I have no desire to come back here again.

When the owner was calling the cops on me, she described my race as HISPANIC to have them come quicker. I am the furthest person from being or looking or sounding like Hispanic in any way possible. My first experience with Megan though, the massage wasn't that great at all, but I tipped her $10 because she seemed nice. However, I was just really shocked how rude and insane she was. I've worked in a service industry for years myself. This was way over the limit. The owner lady gave me the money back at the end and a hug. The lady seemed like a sweet lady, but it's absolutely terrible business practice letting the new girl (Megan) ruling the place as she pleases and treating the customers like this. I explained on Google Translate (Japanese) that if you want a tip, you can't short change me on time.
