When we arrived 10 minutes early, we were told that we would have to go separately. Okay. That's fine, we can take turns and be patient. But then my friend went back at 4 and about 10 minutes later, the masseuse came back out to the lobby to me and asked me if I was there for a massage. I informed her that I was and I was supposed to go after my friend was done because we called and scheduled an appointment. She told me that couldn't happen because they were "too busy" today and already had 2 people scheduled at 4. And I had to tell her that I was the person that called and scheduled an appointment for 2 people. I was the second person. She took my phone number and then never came back to talk to me. She finally returned when my friend was done and told me that she could only give me a 30 minute massage because she had an appointment at 5:15 for 2 other people. Even though I had paid for the 45 minutes I was only given 30 minutes and she told me when I came back I could have a free extra 15 minutes. However, I will not be returning due to the poor management and terrible scheduling.
