Several large cooler (but still heated) pools as well, and fun features like the small climbing wall above a deep pool to fall into. The water slide was worth the extra $7. Nice seating areas outside including the upper deck and the shaded grass. Locker rooms were spacious, include stocked showers, and lockers that lock with a code. The main thing holding me back from recommending it completely is the high price, which looks like has doubled in the last decade.

We picked it mainly because you don't need tire chains or spikes to get there like you do with some of the other hot springs that are icy and hard to access. Huge plus. This hot spring is right in downtown Steamboat, basically on Main Street (or very close to it), and it's part of UCHealth. Super easy to find and very convenient. They have about six or seven different hot spring pools, all at different temperatures. The hottest pool the day we went was around 102-105 degrees, which felt amazing. I tried two pools: the hottest one and the large main pool with a bridge going over it, and I absolutely loved both. The water felt incredible, and when I got out, my skin felt so good. They even have a rock-climbing feature in one of the hot pools, which was a fun and unique touch--climbing while soaking was something I didn't expect but really enjoyed. They also have two water slides, which were pretty cool. It's $7 per slide per ride, so not included in admission, but still fun if you want to add something extra. Admission was about $35, and they do offer a military discount, which I appreciated. The facility itself was great--clean changing rooms, free lockers, a small café, and lifeguards on duty. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. Overall, this was an excellent experience and a great way to relax in Steamboat Springs without dealing with sketchy winter driving. I would absolutely come back and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The spa was marketed and sold with remote monitoring and control functionality as an integrated feature. Since installation, I have experienced repeated connectivity instability, inaccurate status reporting, and inconsistent operation despite replacement of hardware components and multiple troubleshooting efforts. The difficult part is obtaining a clear path toward diagnosis and resolution. Recommendations discussed by their technicians or support representatives are not resolving the issue. Further, personal investment of thousands of dollars and effort have been performed as they recommended without fixing the issue. I also submitted a complaint through the Better Business Bureau process. Arbitration options were granted but the deal declined to engage. Consumers purchasing premium products reasonably expect responsive support, clear communication, and a consistent effort toward resolving ongoing technical issues. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. For anyone considering similar products from the manufactuer(s) and this specific dealer, I would encourage researching: * Long-term support responsiveness * Warranty service expectations * Dealer service policies * Reliability of connected/app-based control systems * How integrated technology issues are handled between dealers and manufacturers I am sharing this solely as my personal experience in hopes it helps other consumers make informed decisions.

The tub lights were not working, because we found out the company never connected them during the original installation. The other end of the plug was hidden behind insulation. I probably could have fixed this myself but I didn't know if the work was still waranteed and called them out to complete the installation figuring they would stand by their work. Charged $223 to send someone out, pull the light cord out of the insulation and plug in the lights that should have been plugged in during the original install. I asked them to reconsider the charge as it seemed pretty steep considering the issue was related to the original install and they said nope, it's out of warranty (barely) and the $223 was reasonable because I live outside their normal service area. They also suggested some other company probably unplugged the lights after their work and hid it in the insulation (why? Makes no sense) since an issue was never reported until now. Previous owners likely never reported an issue cause they were never here (house was an STR). I guess cross your fingers they do the original install right if you are inheriting one of the tubs they put in and you aren't the original owner.
