Rocky Mountain Hot Tub Company simply doesn't keep the hot tub clean, despite minimal use, and they drain and replace the water much too frequently. This increases the cost of their service not surprisingly. We regularly observed their crew showing up and leaving within only 2-3 minutes. Then, we would get over-billed at the end of the month because they needed to drain the tub because it was too dirty. We almost never even use our hot tub. This company unfortunately provides poor quality service and when you speak to leadership at the organization, it is clear they have no desire to make improvements. I will say we had a positive experience when we purchased our hot tub, but the service at Rocky Mountain Hot Tub Company is poor. We recommend not using this company.

We also had an absolutely terrible, sleazy experience with another hot tub vendor who forcibly tried to get us to buy a tub from their location. Fortunately, we shopped out some other locations including Colorado Spas. They were upfront, helpful, and really supported us in navigating the right decision. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to get our hot tub delivered - including coordinating with a crane service and an electrician. While other companies were completely unhelpful around even making recommendations or letting us know what to expect with this piece of the puzzle (we have a mountain home, so not the easiest delivery), these guys made it all seamless and got the tub here in time for my 40th birthday (which seemed completely impossible - by how many months it would take for others to get the job done). Do yourself a favor and come to this show room, then you'll see and feel the difference from there. You call the office and nobody returned your phone call. We are paying for the top of the line maintenance plan, but nobody is showing up to clean the hot tub. The installation back then went well, but if you don't sign up for their regular "route service," then it becomes "all quiet on the western front." Their service dept. was not even willing to help me escalate an issue to Hot Spring after a pump failed very shortly after the warranty period had expired. Instead, they just wanted to send out a technician for $245 minimum - including travel time from the Frisco location, even though they have regular route service customers in my neighborhood. If you want to feel like you're getting a pretty decent deal on an entry-level hot tub and need someone to maintain it for you, then sure - consider buying something from the Hot Spot Collection and have Maximum Comfort service it. But if you plan to operate, maintain and service your hot tub yourself, then I'd stay away from these guys and get something better from one of several other retailers in the County that are more responsive, reliable and represent reputable brands such as Arctic, Jacuzzi and others.

Several of our friends can verify this as they paid $38 each. The obnoxious manager charged us just over $50 per basket. She was rude to our face. Swearing at us and told us to get off the property. She definitely needs to take a course in anger management! What an unintelligent woman she is. She should be fired for treating an established business entity in Grand County the way she did. We will never set foot on that property again. They're definitely not the only game in town. We took our business to Kremmling where they actually know how to treat a customer.
