After not hearing back from him, I called and spoke to Rosalyn explaining their error and was told that "my appt was canceled and someone filled the spot". she mentioned that the gentleman helping me wfrom the call center and does not work on site---like that makes a difference. Rosalyn refused to get a manager and offered me another appt at a much later date instead of fixing their mistake.
