I been needing my gum grafts finished and she was supposed to have sent in my pre-authorization 5 weeks ago. I asked her why she hadn't sent it in and she said she sent it 3 times. I asked her to check again. When she checked it had not been sent. She said well you cursed me out last year. I assured her that never happened. Last year I had problems with Brittany and a refund they kept for over a year. She didn't want to refund my money. I told her I was going to report her. She sent my refund after that. But yesterday I got the teeth filled that needed the grafts because they started bothering me and I couldn't count on Brittany to get it pre-authorization with my insurance. I had to pay $240 out of pocket for the filling. My insurance would have covered the grafts. I love Dr. Lucas but Brittany the office manager is rude and the company needs to check into her behavior.

It didn't feel like they were rushing me off the phone (like most dentist offices). The receptionist is an angel i swear...the dental hygienists are very informative and listen to your concerns. Dr. Son was very understanding and helped me better understand what was going on with my teeth! Obviously i didn't go to school to read dental xrays so it's always been confusing when drs just talk about the xrays and not actually SHOW me what's going on. He understood my anxiety about surgery and was very helpful letting me know they have oral sedation to alleviate my stress. I am so glad i stumbled across this dentist bc i WILL be continuing to get my dental work here.

I began freaking out before the procedure, but Dr. Foreman took the time to explain to me various aspects of the treatment and talked me into proceeding. My pain was addressed at various times during the procedure, and my suffering was quite minimal, as the old amalgam was quickly and completely removed, the gaping tooth hole sterilized, and a perfect state of the art ceramic cap was created in house and bonded to the tooth. Now I have a perfect, beautiful tooth with a modern restoration that may last the remaining decades of my life. Hours later, I am experiencing NO pain. I went back to the office with insurance paperwork to show them my coverage she refused to look at it and to call the insurance company. They claim they take a deposit , what the he'll for that has never happens to me before. They kept insisting I have a big deductible when I don't. I just got irritated and cancel all my appointments. They did not seem to care. What has happened to customer service these days. Cant deal with unprofessional people. Will find another doctor.
