I opted for the rosemary mint. Norma was professional and thorough. She wasn't overly rough to where I come out more sore than I went in. I left feeling completely relaxed. The women's side is fully equipped with shower essentials, q tips, hairdryers, etc. The steam room was available but the sauna was unfortunately closed during my visit. We arrived on a Monday and went to the spa as the reservation was wrong for my husband. The lady in the front was so nice to us and we were able to change the reservation. She also let take a tour of the spa before we went in. Highly recommend to go in early than your appoint to use all the facility. I went about 45 min before and was not enough time to use the steam room, sauna and take a shower before my massage. Male and female facilities are separate so sauna and steam room is two one for male and another for female. If in town this is a must the prices are reasonable if compares to the states about $80 per massage but the quality is the best I've had!!! Also after massage the rooftop restaurant on the fourth floor is not to be missed. You can enjoy a nice sunset with the best view in town!!!

Food quality was very good and the restaurant was very clean. The rooms were a little cold and the beds a little stiff (hence the 4 out of 5 stars) but the quality of sheets and furniture was much better than the neighboring Holiday Inn Express that I stayed at a few months back. The pool was being repaired while we were there but it looked like it would be a lot of fun during the summer. I highly recommend this place.

Hotter and like a sauna. In grotto. And very dark. Let your eyes adjust. There are changing rooms unisex / male/ female. Showers. Don't forget to shower before getting into pools. Restaurants and cash bar and juices and drinks. Servers will bring food and drinks at poolsides. With lounges and tables. Overall I'm impressed and I feel 20 years younger. can't wait to return.
