We were looking to purchase a hot tub for our home. We visited several spa stores, one being Spa Kingdom, 3050 US-27 S, Fruitland Park, Florida. We met with Leanne Clay, explained what we thought we were looking for and she showed us floor models to match what we described. As we walked around, we asked questions about the differences in models, performance, accessories, and prices. She was an excellent Store rep, as she didn't try to sell us anything or talk us into upgrading. We left the store with lots of information, discussed it at home, did some research and went back in a few days to Spa Kingdom to meet with Leanne. We asked more questions and upgraded to a bigger spa with features we liked. We obtained permits and Spa Kingdom delivered and installed it. Benton and John put it in and filled it with water. They showed us how to operate it, gave us chemicals for weekly and monthly water treatments, as well as maintenance and cleaning every 4 months. They even provided a laminated cheat sheet for the treatments and maintenance. We love our hot tub. It looks great and is so enjoyable to use. I (senior citizen and veteran) had an appointment with Spa Kingdom on March 3, 2021 to repair a heater problem in a spa purchased from this business. Two technicians arrived and diagnosed the problem with two items that I approved (cost of $1200+). My spa has fountain jets at each corner. I had not used those jets in several years and knew there was a lot of scum built up that I did not clean since I didn't use them. I did not give permission or was asked permission to use those jets. The repair was completed, but when I checked the water in my spa, it was trashed with scum. When I asked, the technician (David S.) what happened, he said part of the repair process was to turn on the jets. Even if it was part of the repair process, a reasonable person watching the jets would have stopped them, once he noticed the scum and talked with me. The technician "arrogantly" told me I would need to clean my spa. I paid the bill (wrote on invoice that the technician and I signed - "Spa was trashed" and got a copy with that information). I assumed the company would clean my spa at their expense, but this company has refused. No one should use their service. read more

Called Spa Kingdom last week to have much needed work done on our Spa. Appointment was set for today for between 10am -12pm. Then they called yesterday and changed it from 8am-10am? Something else happened and changed it back to original time slot, which is not a big deal cause life & business happen. The service tech (David S.) called to let me know that their first job had a taken longer than expected and would call when they were enroute. He called to let us know they were coming. He showed up found the issue and explained what parts that needed to be fixed. Spa was up & running within a couple hours. Good, prompt service. A bit more than we really wanted to spend. We figured it would be around $500-$600 ended up being almost twice that but we should be good for another 5-6 years. read more

Five stars for Spa Kingdom!! I have a Master Spa, and the dealer for that brand was completely unhelpful, would not come service my swim spa due to being "outside service area" even though I offered to pay whatever surcharge they deemed fair. In desperation, I started researching other companies that are familiar with swim spas, even if other brands, and found Spa Kingdom. Jane (?) who answers the phone and does the scheduling was charming, empathetic, friendly, wonderfully helpful and agreed to send their technician out. When David arrived, he was obviously thoroughly knowledgeable, and got it back up and running in perfect order. Woohoo! It's only been five days, but I have no doubt my long running issues with the spa are fixed, so thank you! read more

We finally had our spa delivered from thermospa and we had some issues with the electrical hook up. Needless to say Spa Kingdom is the service provider for Thermospa. They quickly responded to the service request and dispatched David S. to our home. He immediately was able to correct any issues we had which in addition having the tub up and running put us in a good place. He was knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. Will certainly request David for all future service requests although he says everyone at Spa Kingdom works the same way. We will definitely use them for chemicals and weekly spa maintenance. I had a great experience I have never owned a hot tub before did not know how to work a hot tub and I had a good person named David Smith that helped me tremendously he tried to show me what was wrong and for God's sakes it looks like it wasn't taken care of like 10 years but anyway he helped me through it all and that's when I decided I wanted them to drain it and clean it because I was afraid I get electrocuted and he knows that I need instructions because I would not remember everything he told me and he said that he would definitely give me instructions with the person that came to flush out my hot tub I had a wonderful experience he was very good he was knowledgeable and patient what a wonderful job. read more

My wife and I recently purchased a home with a large hot tub that dominated a significant portion of our patio. After weighing the pros and cons we decided that we did not want to keep it. GREAT COMPANY! Purchased our hot tub from them 15 years ago and they continue to be our "GO TO" for supplies and maintenance issues. We recently had a circuit board "go bad" and David was able to quickly diagnose the problem and explain some other issues that might need to be addressed. He gave me a quote and ordered the necessary parts to get my hot tub up and running again. He just completed the work and was careful to clean up after himself. This company is extremely incompetent- they destroyed my pool heater and refuse to pay for it. Spa Kingdom has been servicing our pool for two years. They failed to maintain the correct PH level, amongst other things. This company is so immoral, they won't even refund me for my used services! They have blamed everyone else and now, I need to go to Small Claims and get an $8,000 judgement against them. RUN AWAY! DON"T LOOK BACK! There are plenty of good pool servicing companies. I purchase a hot tub from another resident in The Villages. Needless to say , I needed to have it moved to my house. I had Spa Kingdom do the move and I could not have been more satisfied. Mike and Steve relocated the hot tub to my house. They new exactly what they we're doing and we're extremely professional. Had a spa removed from my lanai on Tuesday, 4/6/2021, crew that came, showed up on time ( which is a plus in Florida), were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
