When we arrived they brought us into a room, the massage was just ok, lots of repetition, and they stopped the massage 2 times to try upselling us while we were on the table. 10 mins in to extend the massage from 60 to 90 minutes, and then again to pay $10 dollars for biofreeze and $20 for coconut oil, I said just regular lotion is ok, but they kept pushing that we needed the extra products. We didn't want to pay more but felt pressured to so we said ok just the $10. I also booked the combo massage so that I could get a foot massage, they didn't massage our feet at all. Then when we went to check out the price had increased from $65 to $75 plus the $10 add on so $85 PP. When I told them that they confirmed the price of $65 over the phone they said that is only for the massages outside of the room not for massages on the table. This was never disclosed and is very bad customer service. Then when I said the tip should be $10 each they pushed back that $10 is not enough for $85 massage which I agree, but they failed to communicate the higher rate and also up-charged me for bio freeze. The interrupted, average massage only deserved a $10 tip, but he still typed $30 into the machine for tip so I just let it go to get out of there. Not professional and we will not be going back. Save your money. For $50 more you can go to a 5 star hotel and get a professional massage, this was merely a money grab disguised as a massage. Very disappointing.

Until today…read more The lady who showed me to the room began my massage - by REPEATEDLY, over and over again, rubbing her hands up and down my spine in one long stroke, neck to lower back, and then up again to my neck. This went on for at least FIFTEEN MINUTES! Just as I was about to say something, she suddenly left the room. A few minutes later, a second girl walked in and started giving me a MUCH better, professional massage. I asked her where she was from; she said "Seoul, Korea." I told her I had been there; she asked me if it was a vacation. I said "No; I was in the US military, I was there twice for military exercises. I was in the Army." She made a snarky, disapproving sound and said "Army, huh?" with disdain in her voice. And then she, too, left the room. A few minutes later, a THIRD girl walked in, and began giving me a really bad massage, much like the first lady. By now I was wondering what the heck was going on. I asked the third girl, and she mumbled something that was completely unintelligible. I cut the massage short, and left before my hour was up. Needless to say, I was EXTREMELY disappointed with them today. Every other time I have been there, the massages and attitudes of the therapists were outstanding. I ALWAYS tipped very well.
