Coming into The Om Shoppe & Spa is such a relaxing visit every time, from being informative to just being so friendly and welcoming to my fiancé and I which is so comforting. We came the first time when they were basically closed but allowed my fiancé and I to still look at the beautiful crystal, stones, essential oils, beautiful and very comfortable yoga attire and they also sell the mystical crystal singing bowls and Tibetan bowls. Our second time visiting the shop/spa while respectful hours lol we ended up making reservations for the Sound Healing and aromatherapy session together with my husband it was amazing so relaxing and soothing you feel so cleansed and negative weight lifted off upon you we both ended up coming out with barefoot because feeling the ground was so grounding (pun kinda intended lol) and they offer you crystal charged water your time there as well as getting a free aura report before the session so Courtney would know exactly what energy centers you needed to be recharged and rotating positively. OM OMGoodness! this shop has become a home away from home for me. I had Sound Bath session a month ago this time I went for the Crystal Stone Chakra Attunement Massage. I needed my lower back worked on so I thought maybe I could double dip. OMG I received a Trifecta from Carolyn, she is a Pros Pro, as soon as you enter her space you can tell this is going to be different, with all the bowls and crystals the room is filled with all kinds of energy!!! The session started out with Crystal bowl humming all along my body waking up each chakra as she went. I have been into the Om Shoppe a couple of times for crystals and have followed them on social media. When they posted an ad for a rejuvenation nap I quickly signed up. I need help sleeping and by the end of the session I felt a sense of clarity and newness to my mind and body. Although still waking up as I was leaving, I felt rested more so then when I wake up in the morning. After the crystals where removed from the bed I closed the door and climbed onto the heat bed where I laid flat and tried to visualize as much nothingness as my brain could. The ambiance helped. I went in and out of a trance while meditating in the room and had an out of body experience. I also finally got a salt lamp I have been wanting which has helped my home already. A friend I met thru the Shoppe recommended getting messages prior to my husbands surgery. She did it with her husband and felt the healing was so much faster than she expected. So, we thought it would be a good idea for both of us to to do this the day before his surgery to relax and prepare ourselves. The healing afterwards was in fact remarkable and quicker than we had anticipated. We did them separately and they were amazing. Using the crystals and singing bowls along with the incredible message was just what was needed. So much to say about this lovely retail store. They have beautiful Himalayan salt lamps in so many sizes, singing crystal bowls and essential oils. A full selection of healing crystals and stones and crystal jewelry. I have shopped here for 3 yrs and always love everything I've took home! They also offer spa services and I had a sound wave attunement which is a powerful treatment which released my emotional and mental blocks! Their treatments are unique and use sound, light and crystalline tools which restore balance and wellness I feel grateful to have this store right in my neighborhood! There are so many reasons to want a massage...and The Om Shoppe & Spa is one of the best places I've ever been to for ALL the right reasons. The welcome, the ambience, the cleanliness and vibe...all superb. But the real attraction and reason to visit again and again is the maseusse, Dr Jenna. She is extremely knowledgable, generous with her caring and her touch...and open to explaining any twinge or tightness as to what may be the cause. Went in for a Chakra Massage with Melissa today and she is incredible!!! I came down to Sarasota/Siesta Key looking to clear my head and open my heart to myself and Melissa really guided me in that process. She listened to my needs and guided my through my first Chakra massage informing me of the different steps and crystals and their properties. She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable in a space that I normally feel so so self conscious in!!! I did a 3-block session of Myofascial Release Treatments and I cannot say enough! So many things, on so many levels have been released, not to mention the pain that I was in... is gone! My neck to my groin were in constant pain for more than a month. After my first session with Shannon, there was almost no pain. Only short little bouts of it. It's a hidden gem in Sarasota. I am in town for business meetings and I am glad I found this little getaway to help me relax after a very long turbulent flight. This is a great place to help you learn about your aura and understand your chakras level. Treatment started with a tailored note of singing bowls and gongs accompanied by soothing sounds and essential oil. Without a doubt the best massage in Sarasota, the best I ever had! The massage treatment rooms are one of a kind and custom built with cool chromotherapy lighting, Himalayan salt and lots of large healing crystals The massage treatment started off with a crystal signing bowl energy clearing, then they used healing crystals that were smooth to actually perform the massage treatment! You can feel the difference. They have a special table called a biomat that makes you relax quickly and everything used was organic. It was just spectacular! read more
