Amazing massage, I would go back and request CeCe again. I'f you're looking for a private zen experience, this might not be your choice to be pampered in that way - but don't hesitate to give them a try. Truly a great massage coming from someone who gets massages monthly.

When we arrived, I advised the front desk attendant of my earlier call and the price quote and he confirmed that was correct. We then went to our spa rooms and waited at least 15 minutes before the massage therapists showed up. They then gave us a 1 hour massage, but when we went to the front to pay, a different attendant said we rec'd 75 minute massages and that the cost was $95 each + tax. We advised them we had made it very clear that we were getting 1 hour massaged and that we had confirmed the $75 price beforehand as well as upon our arrival. As we argued with the attendant, we noticed her English skills became progressively worse. We finally paid and left, but have filed a dispute with our credit card company. Apparentently, Magic Spa personnel thing it's fair to "bait and switch" their price quote or that it's fair to charge you for a 15 minute wait before your massage begins. WE WON'T GO BACK AGAIN!

Michelle was amazing using all her wonderful techniques to give me one of the best massages ever. My facial was relaxing and very hydrating. The vibes is chill and relaxed . The only issue is that clients who visit the spa should have pool access. Every spa I've been to has included the pool as part of your day to relax. They expected us to pay another fee to utilize the pool and that is not something I was willing to do. I did have a wonderful experience but I probably would not return for this reason alone.

I finally found one stylist, but she is in my hometown in CA. We moved to Fl, and now I had to go through the long process of finding another stylist by trial and error. After complaining to my aunt how hard for me to find a stylist who gets my hair light enough, my aunt told me to go see Inez, so I did. Inez was easy to reach, becuse she replies right away. When I arrived, her office was very clean and pleasant. Inez was very detailed with her work. She didnt rush and was very cautious with my hair. At the end, I loved my hair and my highlights were bright and light, just how I asked for. I wanna right this review because she deserves it, but at the same time, I wish I can keep her a secret to myself. (on the photo, lower part of my hair, was done by another stylist. Inez's job is top of my head).

I had a very disappointing experience with this company's customer service. After posting a Google…read morereview describing my experience, the company responded in a way I found unprofessional. Shortly after, I, along with others associated with the same service booking, received a cease-and-desist letter requesting that the review be removed and indicating potential legal action. This situation created significant stress for everyone involved, and I ultimately chose to remove the review to avoid further escalation. In my opinion, responding to customer feedback in this manner felt intimidating and disproportionate to the situation. Rather than addressing concerns constructively, the interaction escalated quickly once feedback was shared. I am sharing my experience so others are aware of how concerns or reviews may be handled and can make an informed decision before using this company's services.
