Update: I never received a call from the owner. Attaching a screenshot of the text message I received. I asked for a relaxing massage, what I got was a painful one even after I ask for less pressure she was still very firm. Also, it was very jarring her movements were not smooth and flowing. Honestly it was the worst massage I've ever had. This was my first time and will definitely be my last. I was really excited to go here based on the reviews but they do not match up with my experience at all. I have chronic health problems and when I get a deep massage I pay for it for weeks with pain sickness and extreme fatigue so when I ask for relaxing massage it's important that I get one. Also, as another reviewer stated, when she got down to my legs she started barely moving and then she completely stopped moving and then was pressing too hard, as if she has fallen asleep and then was trying to stay awake. Now that I read his review about her falling asleep with him I know this is what happened to me as well. I was still going to tip her $7 because I know she tried but it just absolutely wasn't for me. However, when it came time to pay she said if I didn't have cash it's a $3 charge so instead of a $7 tip I tipped her $4 because she chose not to tell me that on the phone when I made the appointment. Then, she asked me was massage good and I said yeah in a "yeah, kind of" way because I have to be careful not to get stressed and I didn't want to be rude to her or have a confrontation so I opted to just leave a review of my experience and not go back but I guess she didn't pick up on that because she said "Well tip no good. If massage good, tip good but tip no good." Then I tried to tell her the massage was painful and even though I asked for a relaxing massage I shouldn't get a painful massage. But I wasn't about to argue with her even though she was rude. Also, she walked out of the room to get hot stones and towels and left the door open when she came back. There was man up front who she was talking to with the door open while I was laying naked under a towel on the table getting the massage. This is because she was the only one working so she was running the front desk while giving my massage. After she greeted the man she closed the door. She also answered her cell phone while giving my massage and told someone she was busy. So ma'am if you're reading this here are the details of everything that went wrong and why you didn't get a good tip. I was planning on just leaving this review for others rather than discussing this with you, you should not be rude to customers like that. It was a waste to pay even the cost of the massage which was $70 for what I got. And unfortunately I really needed a good massage for health reasons but I received the opposite of a relaxing massage. I made the best of it since I was already on the table but I won't be going back. I called and asked to speak with the owner and she told me they aren't there so I told her I had some problems with the service I received today and asked when they would be there. She told me that she's busy and she will call me back. I feel it necessary to discuss my experience with the owner since I had so many problems. read more

I was having a very bad neck and shoulder pain from a knot. I couldn't take it anymore and looked all over Yelp finding a massage place that would be open late since it was already 5 pm on a Sunday. To my Surprise they were open and allowed me to set an appt for 6pm. Cocoa took care of my and wow did she work her magic. The massage left me relaxed and she sure got the knot out. She even messaged me with stones. I initially got an hour massage but she was doing so great that I asked to extend 30 more minutes. The price was excellent. $88 for 90 min plus I gave 20% tip. I have been going here for awhile! Over the last 6-8 massages i have been feeling like when i fall asleep that the Chinese lady completely stops the massage till i start to wake up. I faked it this time and it is indeed what's been going on. Also when she starts my legs and feet she falls asleep multiple times and i have to wake her up to continue. Each time for the past 3 massages I've sworn i wouldn't go back! Last night she didn't even finish the massage because she fell asleep and lost track where she was and ran out of time. Went today for a table massage. The location is a bit hidden in the shopping center, but it wasn't hard to find. I made an appointment the day before and was greeted by a sweet lady upon arrival. I'm a bit ticklish on my middle back so I always make sure to tell any masseuse I'm working with. This was hands down the best massage I've had! The pressure was great, my muscles got WORKED on, and it was finished with some hot stones! That was a delightful surprise. Very nice relaxing atmosphere . Staff was extremely courteous. My therapist was Coco. She was excellent great hands , very attentive to my aches and pains.Price range is ideal compared to other therapists I've been with. A couple extra bonus were the hot stones during the massage (which I didn't know were included) and the frequent visitor punch card. This romance didn't last long. I was so excited last week that I found a great place only to be let down this week. When I prebooked my appointment last week, Charlie's wife wrote it on a stick paper instead of the appointment book. So this morning I call to confirm the appointment was in the book. His wife reconfirmed I was scheduled for noon for 90 minutes. When I show up 5 minutes early, the gentleman at the front seemed surprised I had an appointment let alone for 90 minutes. He took me into the room and said it would be 5-10 minutes. Well I waited 15 minutes. Turns out whomever they took at 11am was 10 minutes late. For all I know they never wrote my appointment down. Needless to say, I should not be penalized for their lack of organization. I'm sorry, if a business is not going to respect my time, then I am not going to give them my money. I'm sure my money doesn't mean much to them, and it stinks that I'm missing out on a great masseuse. So just be vigilant when booking an appointment or don't be in a hurry since time doesn't mean much to them. read more

I have been getting massages for years, ranging from terrible to decent. This place beats them all. Charlie was my masseuse. He really took his time and paid attention to tense areas, especially in my shoulders. I got the surprise of hot stone massage... Excellent. He took the time to towel off the oil with a damp cloth, which is a treat in itself because of the towel texture. The hour seemed to last forever... Then it was time to flip over :) Charlie gave a wonderful face/head massage and finished up with my feet and hands. The attention to detail is what made this massage great. I can't believe we found Hana Massage on a whim. The place we were going to go to was closing and couldn't take us. My husband found Hans massage on Apple Maps and now we can't wait to go back! I saw a comfy chair I'd like to sit in while getting my feet rubbed next time. They offered us water and a sparkling carbonated fruit beverage when we checked out... Nice touch. $50 for an hour of heaven. The owner and staff are friendly. They offered us a frequent visitor punch card. We get a free 30 minute massage after 10 visits. Bonus! Excellent customer service from the entire staff! We called last minute and they were able to squeeze us in for a couples massage. When we arrived we were greeted with a kind smile as soon as we walked in, you can tell it is a family owned business and they really go out of their way to provide a great personal touch. They gave us each a water before massage and a juice and additional water afterwards. The massage itself was excellent and relaxing. Definitely the place to go if you want to feel relaxed and get a personal experience. One of the things that really turns me off about massage places is feeling forced or pressured to join a membership program and you don't get that here.
