The staff was nice. Language barriers made communication a little difficult, but we managed through. I had smashed a figure and had a dark spot under my mail that my tech insisted on filing down to the mail bed to remove. A little painful and left the finger tender. I tried several times to stop her, but she didn't understand. It will be fine I'm a few days. This, and the slightly run down condition gave them 3 stars for me. Took 4 redos on my pedicure! Worst pedicure I have had!!!Got home and half The polish was missing off the second toe. I came home took off all the polish and did them myself. Do not go here unless you're desperate. I called said I could come back in and then redo them again. I decided instead of the stress I took the polish off filed my nails evenly. He told me the color of nail polish I chose was not good for me and because my fingers are arthritic he stomped off and made another technician finish the job. I have never been mistreated in a salon in this manner in over 50 years of getting my nails done. read more

My mom took me yo Spa Nails 4 to get acrylics. They were pretty cheap, $25 for full color, $30bfor grench acrylic. My mom got seated right away, they had open seats they were letting people get yhere manicure befpre me when I was there longer. Almost fourty minutes later I got seated. They did the typical manicure routine. Once I picked out my color he painted my nails. On the way to the dryer I accidentally smuged two fingers yhe guy seen it tgen ignored it. I waitex gor my nails to dry then went to tge guy very politely I said "excuse me, some polish smuged." HE ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME. The lady next ti bhim repainted tge nails. I was so embarrassed. I'd go back for a re-fill but nothing more. I gave it three out of five stars because of the eyerolling and the unnecessary wait. read more

I usually don't come to this salon, but I was extremely pressed for time. The entire pedi lasted 20 minutes when normally at my other place they are 45-60. I paid for the upgrade, and it was an orange scented sugar scrub instead of the standard. After she was done painting, she put my flip flop on and my toe smudged. Instead of removing the paint, she painted over the huge smudge so now it's a textured nail. The best thing about this mediocre pedi is that it was so short, I now have time to go grocery shopping before dinner. Don't waste your time or money - not worth it. read more

This place has really gone downhill in the last couple of years. It seems dirty inside. All of the nail polish display is a mess. Icky used up bottles, colors in no kind of order, just really ugly. My last pedicure, and I do mean last from there, I had an older woman. She was rough with my feet, a couple of times things she did hurt. The tools she used, nail file was old and used, she dropped things on the floor and just rinsed them in my water....? She smudged my big toe and I don't think she was going to even fix it unless I pointed it out to her. They really need to clean this place up and retire this particular lady. I recently went back but I got a new person. She was very nice and friendly. She was talking about music and it was the funniest mani pedi I've ever received. The pedicure was very nice and felt good afterwards. I got a nice purple lilac color on my toes and French tips on my fingers. The plan is amazingly clean :) read more

I went there on a Monday, despite the reviews, bc a lot of other places were closed. I saw Lee, who did an EXCELLENT job! I decided to go back for my fill and color change and unfortunately Lee was busy so I got another man (unsure of name). I swear he was drunk! Kept sighing, blinking, and going over the same area on my nail without really taking off the old polish. He ended up burning my cuticles with the drill on 2 fingers! I pulled back my finger and cried out a little each time. He did apologize, but wth. He took off maybe 70% of the old polish and just painted over with the new. Paint all over my skin. And then he used remover to try to clean it up, but it stung on the cuts he had made. The fill in powder/gel was all over the place, gooped onto a few nails and all over my skin. I asked him to fix it before i baked it in the hand light. He said it would all be fixed when he filed it. I have never had such a bad experience. And he didnt even offer a discount! Still $35!!! 0 stars for him, but 5 for Lee. I will ONLY go back to see Lee if needed but will probably drive farther to Elite or a place in crown point. Also, my cuticles were soft, not ragged, and pushed back before i got there. read more

worst nail salon ever. my grandma, mom, and I went in to get our nails done. i wanted a full new set and it was horrible. super basic color with a short coffin tip. all the nails are different shapes and the nail isn't fully pink it's almost partially see thru. there's nail polish on my skin on some of my nails. they look absolutely terrible. not only that but I needed my previous nails taken off. i thought he would foil them or drill them down. nope. the nail tech took a nail tip dug it under the acrylic nail and popped it off. which hurt horribly bad. i COULDNT even describe how bad that hurt. he did that on all 10 of them. he would ask if that hurts and then I'd respond with yes and he would do absolutely nothing and keep going. my nails were throbbing they hurt so bad. then he cut my actually nails so short. after he took hours to complete my simple nails he charged $55. i live in California and they charge me $60 for a set 10x better. my mom and grandma said they also had horrible experiences they had to decline manicures and or pedicures. my grandma said her lady was very rough and would not listen to her. this was a horrible experience and wish i would have asked for a refund. do not go here if you are looking for a nail salon. read more

Went for a pedicure 32 days ago. I've been going here for a long time and never had a problem until now. There was a new talkative guy that used the pumice bar on the side of my big toe and the side of my heal. He wasn't paying attention and made my toe and heal bleed. He put something in a small bottle on it to stop the bleeding. After over a month I still have a scab on my toe, redness and swelling. I went to my Dr. Weds. and he told me it was so deep that it won't heal for another 6 weeks! It is so sore, hard to wear shoes. Needless to say, I am not happy! read more

I do not normally go to this nail salon, but I was trying to get my no chip manicure/have polish change done on toes, while my 10 year old daughter got a mani/pedi and my usual salon was packed. They started my daughter's pedicure while I sat there for a good 15 minutes. Finally, a guy came and put the soaked cotton balls and tin foil on my nails, but he did that without filing the existing no chip first. Then in less than 10 minutes, he just started hacking away at the existing no chip manicure with a cuticle pusher. I WATCHED as chunks of my NAILS came off. I started to say something to him but he brushed me off and said that it was polish. No, it wasn't. Needless to say, a few days later, the nail just broke off!! My nails never break off like this. They WERE very healthy and I keep them short. Very unhappy customer! I'd also like to say how FILTHY the UV lamps were that he used to dry my nails. I will not return to this salon. The staff was not welcoming or friendly. The chair that I got my pedicure in was in a reclining position. It took 2 people to fix it. Nothing is sterilized in this place..... the girl that worked on my pedi just pulled tools out of a tool box. I was mortified. She kept saying that they were clean, but nothing came from a package. I also did not see the pedi bowls being sanitized. They were rinsed. Lastly, my pedi was sloppy. It was just not worth complaining about. I just would not recommend or return. read more
