I have been here several times for manicure & pedicure. I had good experience. They give you a discount if you pay cash. But their prices are still pretty high with the cash discount. I came in with my husband one weekend and they were busy, so we decide to walk over to the Boba Tea side to get a couple of drinks and wait until they slow down. We were followed by three employees or owners came out of no where and followed us to the other side. Why I don't know! My husband wasn't pleased about the welcome we received! He said if you didn't walk over to the kiosk to place an order, he believe they were going to ask us to leave! We are not young adults so they knew we weren't there just to hang out! Have been twice. The first was a dream - great check-in staff, and a friend and I got mani-pedis we were really happy with. Decided to go back with my daughter today. My tech was not great - I recommend avoiding Michael if you go. He gouged my cuticles in several places. Never reacted when I said how much it hurt. Then the light for drying the nails turned off immediately after it started. I told him and he didn't react. I took my hand out to show it wasn't working - no reaction. The gel got weird and wrinkly from not being under the light and he had to remove it and start over. Zero apology or acknowledgment. The light continued not working well and he snapped at me to stop moving. I definitely was not moving. My least favorite part though was how much he pushed and pulled my hands, fingers, and arms. I get that some amount is necessary for getting the job done, but he was more forceful than anyone I've ever worked with before. At the end the person checking us out asked how the experience was and I shared what I did here -- and they only said they'd talk to the tech. I guess that's fine, but I was hoping for something to compensate for my throbbing cuticles and stressful long manicure. I might go back and make sure I get a different tech, but the overall experience was so disheartening I decided to share. read more

I was very impressed as good nail shops are not easy to find and I've been going to my current shop 30 minutes away for over 5 years. It's a huge big pretty salon for no reason half of the people in there. Don't know how to do designs and if they do, they botch them. Their prices are high. The men are rude. I went in a week or so ago I show the picture to the receptionist. He sits me with a gentleman who was talking with another guy did not acknowledge me for a good two minutes while he continues to talk then when he finally decides to acknowledge me, like I inconvenienced him by sitting in his chair might I add I show him my picture. He told me he doesn't have time for that and if he did do it, it was going to be $180 Price doesn't matter. I've paid more to get my nails done from someone pristine, but his whole attitude threw me so I went to someone else changed my design because they said that would take them two hours to do for the nail polish to crack. They pay more money for the building than they do for their supplies. Will not be going back here again. read more

My review is only for the Boba Tea side of the business. The place overall is huge. Plenty of tables to sit at. The selection of teas is fairly large and they have all the options. I tried this salon after hearing great things-wish I hadn't. I went in first thing in the morning and was impressed by the cleanliness and decor. During my pedicure, the tech was pulling on the side of my nail with the cuticle clippers and I felt some pain. Didn't think much of it, just thought she cut close to the skin. When I went to bed that night, it became more painful, and when I woke up, there was blood on my toe. Upon closer inspection, I saw that she had cut off part of my nail and put clear polish on it to stop it from bleeding. Unfortunately I was leaving on vacation and had a painful toe for my whole trip. Part of my nail is still sticking out, and I can't quite figure out what the girl did. Needless to say I will NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! My daughter was mistreated horribly by one of the female employees to the point that she made my daughter cry.. i walked in with my 6 yr old and my 17 year old... I had my fill ins and pedicure my 6 year old got her kids Mani & pedi.. my 17 year old was taken to the back next to the boba caffe, she was sitting on the last row second right side chair (coming in from the main salon) the technician started working on my daughters full set, she became angry and aggressively slapping my daughter's hand, pulling her hand towards herself and aggressively filling, shaping (all this was going on while I was getting my service done with my 6 yr old so I didn't know this was happening as I was seated in the main lobby) I was surprised I was done as well as my 6 yr old way before my 17 yr old who was getting only a full set compared to me and my 6 yr old.. (Mind you we walked in at the salon at 3pm & we're seated immediately to get our services done) I paid for my & my 6 year old daughter services & I made my way towards where my 17 yr old daughter was sitting (the back lobby next to the boba caffe) I see her technician passing me by as she was rushing to take my daughters ticket to the front desk I noticed my daughter crying hard i immediately ask what happened? She than started telling me that the female technician was very mean and aggressively pulling her hand towards her self , slapping her had (not the normal tap signaling to place your hand under the UV light) complaining to my daughter about her choosing B nails to get her full set done there... she got more aggressive when my daughter told her she has the wrong nail polish for her nails , the technician completely ignored her and continued telling her that next time not to come to b nails to get her service done there because it takes her long to do full sets as if that was my daughter's fault she has no knowledge of how to do her job! I confronted the technician and her demeanor quickly changed she thought my daughter was there on her own I ask her to pull and slap my hand and to give me the same treatment and energy she gave my daughter as she denied it all even though she saw my daughter in tears and my daughter telling her there was no reason for her to treat and aggressively handle her that way I proceeded to speak to the male greeter who is always checking one in.. he saw how horrible my daughters nails were as I was complaining of how bad & unprofessional my daughter was treated by this technician he proceeded to have my daughter re do her shaping, size and color at no charge by another technician my daughter was crying throughout the whole time we were there.. the greeter went to speak to the female technician who denied all claims acting like all of a sudden she didn't understand nor speak English, the other Hispanic technician was on her phone the whole time this was going on & even though she saw my daughter tearing up she denied seeing anything wrong (of course she was on her phone the whole time and they pick & choose who to mistreat, get their frustration out and want to normalized this behavior) I told the greeter for my daughter to be this worked up and upset & crying something had to be said and something happened I asked him to look into the cameras if he has any and to don't always trust on what other technicians say because at the end of the day they work together and they see each other constantly & it would be awkward for them to confirm something they saw happening & than still work together next to each other plus they become friends so of course it's always easy to deny any wrong doing.. we ended up being there for 3 hours and 45 min. I wouldn't be returning it looks like the owner who I believe is the greeter cares more about his employees I feel as if my daughter not paying for her nails to get corrected was not enough for the damage that this unprofessional technician did!! she should've had been sent home or better yet fired! But he decided to keep her there.. it was more horrible than what it really sound.. after this happened i come to find out this is the 4th complaint this salon has due to some of the employees treating their clients poorly! They will end up like the near by salons with little to no clients! read more

I was very hesitant to try a new place but I thought why not and I'm so glad I did! I'm so obsessed with my nails, they came out even better than I imagined. My nail tech took her time and did not rush like some techs usually do. She even gave me a suggestion on a color that was similar to the one I had pick and the color she chose is even better.
