Well I never would have imagined that having an old, gross, inoperable hot tub removed from our backyard would have turned out to be such a delightful experience. I just had my spa removed by Lando and his guys, just this morning. I was thoroughly impressed with their service. Everything from scheduling my appointment, them working me in sooner (due to a cancelation in my area), to the communication from Lando, letting me now exactly when to expect them to arrive at my house. Once they arrived, Lando and his guys got right to work. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes, including their clean up and Lando chatting with me while I wrote my check out. Anne, who did the scheduling and answered my million questions, was absolutely wonderful! On the day of my spa removal, Lando and an assistant showed up on time and had my old spa out in less than an hour, including power washing the bricks. They were so friendly and efficient! Lando even took the time to seal the hole left in the patio where the conduit had been, yet in such a way that it could be used again in the future. I was in awe watching their efficiency. Really great company and service -- like everyone else said, professional, thorough, quick and courteous. I didn't want to use a junk hauling business, even though they're good at what they do, as the spa and its removal has tricky issues -- dismantling it correctly, moving it without breaking stuff, knowing the pitfalls of this situation etc. Spa Removers was great. Lando has done many of these and he and his team know how to take these things apart quickly and cleanly, move them out without damaging anything, and also they provide information I didn't know about ways to save money after removing the spa and other things I would never have known. They came on time (earlier, in fact, which was great for me), did everything super fast, pressure-washed the spa location and now I have a much more spacious and clean deck to enjoy.
