This Spa day was a gift from my husband. I had such a good time. The staff was friendly and everything was so clean and smelled so good. I was very relaxed and felt amazing afterwards. Make sure you check out the adorable coffee shop in back!

I have been pampered by cloud nine for many years. My impression after one visit with spa royale, good experience, but it was not great. Cloud nine had an amazing waiting area with an ambience that just totally relaxed you. The waiting area is nice at spa royale, but it has a clinical feel. It is too bright. The decor is amazing. I suggest dimming it quite a bit. I think with the big windows and lights, it just made me feel like it was a doctor's office. The massage room also had that feel. Overall teas awesome, outside building wow! Infrared saunna awesome. Stairs kind of shocked me. Just the clinical like waiting area. I will give it another try, hoping that room is more calming. At cloud nine their snack area was lit up, but waiting was light enough to be safe but not so bright that you see detail on everyone.

As usual, efficient & friendly service. Beautiful surroundings. Not overly pushy like some places that try to upsell you on the way out. This was my 2nd zero-gravity pedicure. The last time, the polish stayed on til I came back again. Looking forward to my Mother's Day facial this weekend!

It's hard to be down on a spa that was essentially a gift, but Touch of Heaven is anything but…read more The place is nice looking enough, very girly, and smelling nice, but it's definitely not in the same class as other spas. The dressing room was dirtier than should be; the carpet didn't look vacuumed and towels and robes from the previous person were still on the floor. Strike one. The massage was nice, a bit rough, but relaxing. The music playing was awful, though, and ruined the experience. Strike two. Next up was the mani/pedi and all that can be said is that one could do a better job at home alone with an emery board. The nail technician seemed nice enough at first, but quickly started talking politics and religion -- subjects that are fine for discussion in the appropriate venue. Being held hostage in a leaking pedicure chair is not one of them. She kept filing too close and caused blood not once, but twice. During the manicure, she went on and on about how awful our town is now that it's becoming more "citified" and that the student population has pretty much ruined it's quaintness. The only reason we live in this town is because of the university, both having finished our advanced degrees there. The manicure took forever and three and a half hours after entering the spa, I finally left. When I got into the car, I noticed that there was nailpolish all over my cuticles. There were air bubbles in the toe polish and a huge smear on the side of my foot. As I drove away, I left more stressed out than I had when I arrived.

They have this pamper sampler which there is a list of services that you can choose from and you get 3 of them for $89. I love the facial, massage, and alpha spa capsule (for those of you who have never heard of one of these, it looks like a space ship and you lie in it and it blows aromatherapy scents at you and plays music. The inside of the capsule is like a sauna and then it has vibratory massage), what a way to RELAX.

Rhinoplasty Review Issues…read more I am horrified by my overall experience and result. During my consultation, I explained that my main concern was that the tip of my nose appeared too large and round. The consultation felt rushed, but I moved forward with surgery trusting Dr Tyrone's expertise. After my rhinoplasty, I called the office twice while my cast (which was just tape) was on because it felt extremely loose. I offered to come in to have it checked, but the nurse reassured me it was fine. When the cast was removed, it was barely attached to my face, and the nurse even commented that it was the easiest cast she had ever removed. As swelling went down over the next few months, it became clear something was wrong. The tip of my nose remained very large and pointed/crooked and one nostril began collapsing, my nose ran constantly, and I developed a noticeable lump on the outer nostril that did not resolve. When I raised concerns, I was often met with brief responses such as "that's odd" or told it would go away. A steroid injection was done to try to shrink the tip but that wasn't helpful. I noticed that the nasal bones at the top of my nose were protruding outward, causing VERY visible divots along the bridge and a very flat and bumpy appearance across the bridge. The bones that protrude outward are causing an inverted V shape on my nose. The tip of my nose is also noticeably crooked and my nostril look completely uneven. All of these irregularities are very noticeable, painful and very obvious. Instead of addressing the structural and cosmetic issues, Dr. Tyrone suggested placing filler in my nose for $400 to camouflage the mistakes. I obviously declined. I sought out two separate second opinions from other surgeons. Both confirmed that I was left with an open roof deformity and an inverted V deformity due to over-resection of bone. These are structural complications that are noticeable and painful and unfortunately, I may not be left with enough cartilage to fix my nose unless a surgeon harvests cartilage from elsewhere. Dr. Tyrone offered a revision surgery ONLY after I mentioned that I knew I had serious issues going on. He seemed annoyed. Unfortunately, for a revision, he quoted me nearly half of the original rhinoplasty cost, with no assurance of correction. I was told he could "try" to rasp down the sharp edges, but there was little confidence expressed. He said my nasal bones are comparable to a greenstick fracture. He said there's a lot of risk in revision and he wasn't very encouraging as he doesn't offer revisions. Due to financial limitations, I was essentially dismissed. I asked the woman working at the front desk if I needed to be seen again, as I was being seen every 2 months for a check up. I was told I would be seen again if I proceeded with revision surgery. I saved for years for this procedure. I am now left with pain, visible deformities on the center of my face, and no resolution at this time. I wish I had done more research before proceeding. Personally, I would be ashamed keeping someone's money and this be the outcome. Not only that, but if I went through with a revision surgery, I would be paying nearly half the cost of my original surgery. Please take your time, do multiple consultations with different surgeons and make sure you feel fully heard before moving forward with any surgery. My advice, please don't go here.

I also didn't like wearing my hair back because I hated my face. I've had dermabrasion, many microderms and FOUR laser surgeries to improve my skin. All of those procedures yielded NO RESULTS!!! Dr Sadove said he would not do laser on me because it doesn't work on skin with deep acne scars. Some of those procedures were over $2500 and I looked like a burn victim for over a week to only have my face look exactly the same. What a waste of time, money and emotional hope. Today my skin looks 80% better thanks to Dr Sadove and his team. I would also like to complement his new aesthetician Robina, who is marvelous!!! I have had many facials in between all this stuff and I've never had my face looks so young and fresh as when I walked out of her facial. I couldn't stop staring at my skin!!!! I couldn't believe it. Please know how classy, kind and professional this office is. In addition Dr Sadove has great manners and kindness for being amongst the elite in plastic surgery throughout the world.

Beware of signing a month to month contract with this company…read more I was a member for over a year, but due to my work schedule I was unable to use my membership, especially since the one massage therapist I felt has exceptional skills was never available when I was. I ended up canceling my membership in October, and when I did, I had 11 credits left. That means I had paid for ELEVEN massages I have not received. I was told those credits would be available to me for use, and that I could even transfer 3 of them a year to friends. When I went in today to transfer credits to a friend going through a horrific time, I was told my "grace period " had expired in February and I could no longer use my credits. They said if I signed back up, they'd make my credits available to me again. Basically, "commit to paying more money and we'll give you back the $900 we took from you". Of course I refused, as this is akin to highway robbery. I work next door to this business, and previously had referred our clients to Hand & Stone, but that stops as of today. I too work in a business with month to month contracts, yet we always make sure that the money that pur clients already paid is available to them for use anytime in the future after they cancel a contract. So I'm not naive to this sort of business model. I'm disappointed, disgusted and hurt by the lack of empathy offered to a repeat customer at Hand & Stone. And, they took a lot of money in exchange for nothing. User beware!Beware of signing a month to month contract with this company.
