From the moment you walk in the door, there are multiple receptionists who began greeting me by name on only my second visit. Lastly, I feel it would be remiss not to mention the personal touch and genuine care that the staff has for each and every client. A few months ago, I had a personal emergency which left me without my cell phone, and I ended up "no-call, no-show-ing" two appointments in a row. Instead of blocking me from scheduling further appointments, both Kelsey and Lindsey showed immediate, unwavering care and concern and welcomed me back to my appointments as soon as I was able to make contact again. Of course, I hope such an incident never happens to anyone else, but many Med Spas that I know of would enforce a strict cancellation policy with no questions asked, but not here. When I come here, I know that I'm not only trusting my body with experts and professionals at their specialties, but trusting my overall wellbeing to a team that genuinely wants to see everyone look, feel, and achieve their best.
