Had a great experience here. My massage was awesome and had a nice chiropractic adjustment after. Clean, professional and courteous service.

I can only speak from my experience and I absolutely love Floating Lotus. I started going back in…read more2021 and before that I had only gotten one previous facial at an esthetician school. I don't normally get facials since I have a regular skin care regimen that I follow thanks to my primary care physician and dermatologist, but I do go for facials once a year and twice if I feel like I need extra care or just to pamper myself. So far the times I have gone I get the one that is tailored for my skin (lotus signature facial for 60 min) I am able to mention problems I currently have and Leah gives great recommendations. I don't trust anyone else with my skin. She is so knowledgeable and always able to recommend creams and face care products according to my concerns. Before she applies anything she explains what it's for. The massage in between is always relaxing and I always manage to go to get a nap in. I have not had an issue thus far and always leave refreshed. I cannot speak for massages or any other face procedures since I try not to do much to my skin and just limit to maintaining my skin texture and hydrating it as well as using products that will help me age gracefully and heal acne scars from past outbreaks. I always follow up with dermatologist about once or twice a year as well to track how my skin is doing. I have recommended this place to my mom and bf and they both have received facials courtesy of me since I love to treat them to a nice facial yearly as well.

It ended around 5:50, so I didn't receive the full time I paid for. The location also wasn't ideal during the massage, I heard two loud car alarms and an ambulance right outside the window, which made it hard to relax. While the masseuse was kind, the massage itself wasn't what I was looking for. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage but received more of a light, general massage with little pressure or technique. Considering the price (plus the generous tip I left), I was really disappointed overall. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return.

Booking online is easy for two people with a variety of service options. Any time there were updates or changes, their front staff problem-solved effectively and always do their best to accommodate. Your lavish experience begins at checkout with a hot, scented towel. Next, you are brought to a delightful, gender separated locker room. The lockers are stocked with a towel, shoes (although I always bring my own slippers), and a silky robe to change into. There is a shower and sauna along with mirrors and vanity to prep yourself for post-relaxation adventures. Spa Royale's relaxation room is expansive. Unwinding officially starts for me when I get to put my feet up in one of their loungers with a hot cup of tea, mixed snacks, and/or flavored water (changes weekly). Their facials are heavenly and their massages are legendary! While the Grand Indulgence is luxurious, I would actually recommend the Himalayan Salt or Deep Tissue. The Grand indulgence and 90-minute facial are similar with the them massaging your arms and feet with body butter followed by warming mitts. The Grand Indulgence also adds an invigorating scalp massage complete with warm oil (Note: your hair has never felt so soft and vivacious... but you may not want to go to a 5-star restaurant dinner after). All their therapists are experts in their craft- a special shoutout goes to David! What I especially appreciate is their privacy and professionalism. They have a couple of dual rooms- which we usually pick. Great for mom/daughters or couples. You will feel comfortable the whole time! Bonus note: a new tradition for us is have lunch at the Cafe first. If you go, be sure to have the chicken quesadilla!! The coffees and smoothies are fabulous too.

Beware of signing a month to month contract with this company…read more I was a member for over a year, but due to my work schedule I was unable to use my membership, especially since the one massage therapist I felt has exceptional skills was never available when I was. I ended up canceling my membership in October, and when I did, I had 11 credits left. That means I had paid for ELEVEN massages I have not received. I was told those credits would be available to me for use, and that I could even transfer 3 of them a year to friends. When I went in today to transfer credits to a friend going through a horrific time, I was told my "grace period " had expired in February and I could no longer use my credits. They said if I signed back up, they'd make my credits available to me again. Basically, "commit to paying more money and we'll give you back the $900 we took from you". Of course I refused, as this is akin to highway robbery. I work next door to this business, and previously had referred our clients to Hand & Stone, but that stops as of today. I too work in a business with month to month contracts, yet we always make sure that the money that pur clients already paid is available to them for use anytime in the future after they cancel a contract. So I'm not naive to this sort of business model. I'm disappointed, disgusted and hurt by the lack of empathy offered to a repeat customer at Hand & Stone. And, they took a lot of money in exchange for nothing. User beware!Beware of signing a month to month contract with this company.
