Michigan Swim Pool is Riping everyone off. Then they come, take leaves off the tarp...now this is where they make money...they put water hose into pool nd pour more water on the tarp cause them more time to get the tarp off and more money coming out of your pocket. Then they hook up my cleaning system last year that was not plugged into the skimmer...they hooked it up where the water flow goes out...they should of connected it to the skimmer. At 11:30 I called to check and was told that I would receive a call by noon with an update. I never received a call and only reached their voice mail for the remainder of the day. At 10:30 the following day I received a call from the office stating that she had an emergency and had to leave at noon the previous day but that the technician was supposed to have called me. She insured me that I would receive a call from her no later than 1:30 that afternoon with a time or she would give me the technicians number so I could stay in contact with him. She never called me back and I am still sitting here with a broken hot tube.
