If you watch the man work, its immediately clear that he knows what he is doing. And even though that knowledge and skill is how he makes his living, he was very good about answering questions I had; and even providing tips that would ensure that I would need his services less! I found his honesty and helpfulness refreshing, and after three years since his last visit, I'm hoping I can reach him again to fix a difficult-to-service leak. PS- I wrote this review for two reasons: 1.) because I was that satisfied by Spa Service's performance, and 2.) because the poor review from the Veterinarian below, in particular, annoyed me. It never ceases to amaze me how people can make emergencies of their own 'needs', but not feel a sense of urgency to pay the person that fixes the problem.
