Which I paid extra to get issue addressed. Mossible Solutions is not a company I would recommend due to the pathological lies that owner does and his incompent workers! Per our contract job was supposed to be completed on the first of June, however job was never completed. I have been living in a hotel since 5/30/2022 waiting for the job to be completed. I spoke to owner 3 times in reference to a completion date, and owner gave me 3 different completion dates that he ultimatley failed to complete. I had to pay another contractor to finish job. If you want to get scammed out of thousands of dollars then this is the right company to use. Mossible Solutions refuses to refund the money that I have already paid. One of his " subcontractors " stold materials from me as well..As a General Contractor he probalbly showed up to maybe 3 or 4 times. Two of those times were to get the check. I only gave a star because I had to in honesty I give no stars. Horrible experience and work. Now I have to seek legal action to recieve a refund/reimbursement for The money that I'm having to pay To have this job completed and also my hotel my hotel fee which amounts to a $1000 plus..

A few hours later, I get a text from another tech from the company offering to do it for $500. This tells me there is at least a 100% markup on their quotes. This is very deceptive. Star far away.

Over the past 6 years, we have been very happy with the service and response from Joey and his team. Our roof includes a very troublesome flat section, which we had replaced twice over the years with other installers (unsuccessfully!). It had been a constant source of leaks! Although the initial roof done by PFA had an issue with the installation, Joey acknowledged the error and completely replaced it for free. Over the years, he has come out to provide minor services to the roof and perform any needed seals. They have been professional, easy to work with, and honor their warranty. I am so glad we went with PFA for our roof - instead of companies like the two who disappeared when issues came up.

Lance came out that same day and completed a detailed inspection where he identified damage not only to my roof but my gutter system, fence, garage doors, siding, window screens, patio furniture & BBQ Grill. He advised me that I did in fact have a valid claim & once I filed the claim he took charge and meet the adjuster on-site to ensure all damages were captured on the initial claim. Upon getting my claim approved, he went over all my options, current issues with my roof ventilation and ultimately got me into a shingle that got me a 28% savings on my Insurance Premiums! Rise roofer provided a drone image of our roof and left it on our door. We were going in circles with our insurance company and so we decided to just get a quote from Rise. After comparing quotes with our neighbors, we found that Rise had the lowest quote. Since it was difficult to deal with the insurance company, let alone it would take them awhile to approve it, we decided to pay out of pocket since there were more storms in the forecast. We worked with Brad and he was AMAZING. He walked us through the insurance process as it was our first time putting in a claim and had no idea what to do. Since we decided to move forward with paying out of pocket, Brad was still communicative even after getting our business. Everyday he called us to give us a status update on the process.
