The lady at the front desk (on the morning of New Year's Eve) was incredibly nice and kind. She took her time to explain everything in detail, which was so helpful since it was my first time trying spray tanning. Her warm and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease. Once I stepped into the VersaPro cabin, the experience was just as seamless. The machine provided voice instructions that mirrored everything the front desk staff had explained to me beforehand. I was given a little towel and a special cream to apply to areas like my elbows, fingertips, and ankles to ensure the tan was even. The entire process was quick and convenient--no more than 15 minutes in total! What really impressed me was the attention to detail. They even offer tanning remover wipes in case you notice any uneven areas (which I didn't have to use because the results were flawless). The tan turned out perfectly even, and after following the instructions to wait 3 hours before rinsing (no shampoo or body wash until the next day), I was thrilled with how natural it looked. Fortunately, Lynette was a pro, and able to get a good vein on the first try. The facility was clean and all of the ladies were very warm and accommodating.
