I had been to BWS&S on several occasions. One day the owner called me, and offered a Discounted treatment' It was for a 5-year type of Permanent Filler. I accepted the offer: Much to my chagrin, I was injected with a poor product or a placebo. 4 viles later there was NO Change to my face. I announced immediately to the owner, the issue at hand. I received NO response. After this procedure, I later decided to go to another treatment center, with a Medical Doctor, I was told there was No Product "No filler" present in my face. Can you imagine my disappointment, I was still a little concerned, and I had a doctors appointment in Sebastian, where they Physician's Office also specializes in SKIN Care. They looked at my face, I said nothing about the previous procedure at Blue Water Spa, and they proceeded to advise where I needed assistance. After their detailed assessment I told them about the Injections from BWS&S. They were shocked as they advised there was absolutely No Filler present. I was disappointed and shocked. the procedure from BWS was non existent. It was an extremely expensive procedure, I did discuss this with the owner on several occasions and it went on Deaf Ears. I have seen many reports on this spa very similar to mine. The owner and I had been Acquaintances for some time. There is far more to this Story, just too much to put here... One last thing, I was at this spa, several months later only to see another professional. This Professional suggested I get more filler, and Strings I was shocked, at this admission. THis is what had prompted me to get another opinion. I had a 5 th Vile, available and given the above it seemed useless to take advantage of the Vile. The owner called me on several occasions to receive this treatment. I turned all occasions down, also suggesting to her it did not work. I must admit this saddened me as I had become just one more Victim of this spa. I voiced my complaint... To dale No acknowledgement of my situation has been given.... For some reason the owner seems to have a personal vendetta towards me... Continues to demand payment for a procedure, that likely was performed with a Defective product. . read more

I'm so excited for this spa!! We called on short notice to have the baby feet treatment for four of us during a birthday celebration. I spoke with Tamara and she was extremely accommodating! They were in the process of remodeling, but you'd never know it with the exceptional service we were given! I highly recommend this spa. Tamara spent time explaining all the different procedures that the spa offers. She was very patient and just so knowledgeable, especially with all four of us bombarding her with questions!! WARNING: don't ever use Blue Waters. I paid for treatments 2 years ago. It's very hard to get an appointment and when you finally get an appointment something comes up and they kept rescheduling. When I purchased my spa packages I asked for an itemized receipt and they said it's all in their system. Never got the itemized receipt so they scammed me. Went for a treatment on Monday February 11. The woman burned my face so bad that I have red blisters, that feel like cigarette burns, turning into scabs. I look like a meth addict! When I contacted the lady the other day she said she would get back to me and still not a word. As a result I called the state and I learned the spa isn't even licensed with the state for ANYTHING! My husband had the same procedure right after me. He had the same burn marks as I. He kept telling the tech that it was burning his face (I told her the same thing) My husband is a 30 year combat veteran and the tech had the nerve to ask him if he whined like that on the battlefield! Rude AF. The insult on top of the damage is way over the line! There response from Blue Waters on here will probably say something like they offered me (today, 5 days later) a soothing cream and a complementary procedure. Why the hell would I want them to give me anything but my money back. read more

will never use this spa due to horrible customer service. A friend of mine booked a session through a marketing program that bluewaters is affiliated with. Bluewaters was unable to accommodate a 4 person booking and handled it terribly. The owner finally reached out to my friend and had the nerve to say she was being mean for leaving a bad rating. The owner continued to deflect the circumstances and at one point flat out stated that they don't make any money off of the promotion package that they offered. News flash, you chose these promotional packages, if you don't make money off of it that's your fault as a business owner and not the fault of the consumer. Please be cautious when using this company. I'm glad to have learned of the terrible way they treat customers. read more

Very Nice quaint place to relax. Diane and Linda were extremely helpful and my fiancé and I had the best spa day all to ourselves . They offer you delicious refreshments and they are very knowledgable when it comes to skin and massage recommendations. I would be visiting again soon. Albert is just the most awesome LMT ever. I have experienced many massages, even a few medical massages and by far he is outstanding. Had a facial last week with Sayeh, which was also beyond my expectations. Bluewaters Spa & Sculpt has amazing skin products to choose from also. The parking is very disappointing so do arrive early and try to park on the main street and locate the arcade to the back alley off Melbourne Court where you will find the spa behind Talleulah's Boutique. I went three times and it was consistently bad! I had a completely unprofessional experience- not relaxing at all! I wrote this review originally on google, but wanted to share on yelp as well. Please be warned! PROS: Nice people, cheap price. CONS: Bad atmosphere: white and thin walls, fluorescent overhead lighting during facial/massages, loud reception staff, loud dryer and washing machine, inexperienced esthetician and masseuses, not relaxing or professional at all. They always asked me to fill out paperwork without checking their files first- I had done it the first time. MY STORY: The first time I went, I had a man masseuse. He was very nice, but didn't seem to know what he was doing. I've been to a number of spas and have had numerous massages and he was just not good- I did not feel relaxed and I actually had worse pain in my upper back in the weeks to follow. It was also hard to relax with commercials going off in between spa songs and the receptionists out front talking and laughing loudly. The second time I went, I had a facial with Nicole. She is a very sweet girl, but inexperienced. Again, I've had facials at other places before, and it's very common for the esthetician to discuss your current facial routine with you and offer suggestions for product or a new routine, etc. She didn't do any of this, and was talking to Siri to put on a timer in the middle of the facial- which disrupts the state of relaxation. I had a super minor chemical peel. She said I wouldn't have any side effects or peeling, but didn't offer any more information besides that. The next two weeks after the peel, my face was SO dry and red. I had to apply intense cream every day before I started to see it return to normal. My final visit was the spa day and it was the cherry on top of AWFUL!! I had a couples massage and facial with my boyfriend. Unfortunately, I had bought him a spa day for Christmas as well before I had my first experience there. They started doing his massage and my facial and suddenly the music just stops. You can hear the phone ringing off the hook because they didn't have a receptionist anymore, plus the dryer banging loudly down the hall. I waited to see if she would notice and fix it, but nothing happened. I finally had to say something and she seemed shocked that it had stopped. She then proceeded to walk over, announce that the wifi was down and sit back down. I WAS IN SHOCK. How can they expect us to relax without any sort of music setting the mood for TWO HOURS?! I asked if she could do something about it, and she finally agreed to go get a sound machine for the remainder of our time. IN SUMMARY- if you want a professional and relaxing experience, please pay a little more and go somewhere where they take care of you and understand what goes into a truly relaxing massage or facial. You should feel refreshed when you leave, not uncomfortable and frustrated. read more

WARNING!!!!! I need to put out there for everyone to know! Don't EVER purchase gift certificates from Spoiled Rotten Marketing OR purchase services from Bluewaters Spa and Sculpt. I purchased gift certificates from Spoiled Rotten Marketing while at work back in January for Bluewaters Spa and Sculpt. This spa had a very difficult time accommodating four people at the same time. I finally received a date for spa services for May 28th. Someone made a scheduling error and only reserved enough time in the spa for two people. I received a phone call two days prior to our scheduled spa day to be informed of the error made in the scheduling. Bluewaters Spa is telling me there is nothing they can do to rectify this situation. They told me to inform two people in my group that they just couldn't come. Even though I paid for four gift certificates. They were not willing to try to reschedule the people following my group. I've requested to speak to the owner and have yet to hear from her. I have requested a refund for the cost of the gift certificates. I was told I had to contact Spoiled Rotten Marketing since they are the ones I bought the gift certificates from. I was provided with a contact name and number, but have not been able to reach anyone. I have left numerous messages. No return call from them either. I guess it's time to call Channel 6 News and talk to their Getting Results department! The lovely message I received from the owner of Bluewaters Spa. Let me know what you think. By the way, I requested several times for the owner to call me. Never happened! Seriously if your this unhappy,,, you dont need to post something so horrible I'm the owner so if you need to speak to me call me !! We have tried to accommodate an oversold program . The people who work there VERY nice and I know they did everything they could to make me happy. My problem was with the EndyMed treatment. It was a big waste of my time and my money. So the owner (who never bothered to speak to me) had a different technician do 8 more treatments because the first 8 treatments showed no results. After eight more treatments there was a very slight change. But it was not a $1800 change! I was not a happy customer and expected the owner to talk to me about it. This owner does not know how to conduct business with consumers. She really messed up by not offering a refund to one of my nursing friends after she was not able to accommodate a 4 person booking.
