The guy wouldn't know how to change a door knob and thinks you can do business with illegals who moonlight as subcontractors. Closing process was smooth and was actually efficient. Wish I could say they vet their employees and sellers but that is their shortcoming. I've basically replaced everything possible in a year but i like the house and location. I also obtained a lot of useful information for the future. How many real estate brokers would go door to door asking questions for their client? So many people are scared of the virus. So of course Lisa kept her distance and wore a mask. Mostly everyone was receptive. Lisa is awesome! Lisa is a hard worker. Lisa is very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate.
