I checked out a U-Haul van for about 2 hours. The only hard thing about using the van was moving items that my friend gave me as my friend is selling their house to move out-of-state. The only negative, why only 4 stars, is that the location can be somewhat hard to get in and/or out of due to it being located right off of Mayport Road. This road is a busy road, so caution is advised when going to or leaving this location. It seems the previous raters were from 2 to 3 years ago. It also seems their customer service has greatly improved. After the positive experience that I had, I would say that is correct. If you have moving or storage needs, go check out this location.

It is 59 cents a mile and you must be sure to fill it back up before returning Van. I also accidentally got on the Sun Pass hwy, so I don't have a Sun Pass account yet. I am sure they will slam me(UHaul)for charges when they get those as well. I sure DO MISS MY OWN TRUCK! At the end of the day, I tried to do my check on online. They say it is simple. It would not let me register the odometer mileage. They were already closed for the day. I ended up paying right at $100.00. Check prices at other places like Lowe's for rentals first. The lady that worked there was very nice when we rented the van. Can't say much for the company though. MAYBE, I better buy another truck!

Constantly raising rental price yet never performing maintenance to building. Been there for…read moreprobably a year now and they had both the front and back garage doors broken for several months. The rear door remains broken. Basically anyone with a bolt cutter could go in there and take anything they wanted. A few times I asked when the repairs would be performed and they said they would be fixed next week. The most recent time i visited the elevator was flashing a light that said "elevator communication failure." They also removed themselves from Google reviews because of the tremendous amount of negative reviews.
