It was a little bit to coordinate because of the fascia board component - remove gutters, tear off old fascia board aluminum wrap, tear off roof, install new fascia board and hurricane clips, install new roof, caulk and paint fascia board, reinstall gutters. The dumpster arrived on Monday morning and the workmen shortly after. Monday roof was removed, Tuesday-Wednesday the fascia was removed and replaced with new Hardi (plus the wind clips), Thursday the new roof went on and Friday morning the dumpster disappeared. Received an invoice by email on Friday that had a convenient pay by ACH link. Everything went way smoother than I expected and we were thrilled!

Both times, the team showed up on time, were pleasant and did a great job. After the first time, my husband even wrote a glowing review in our "Next Door" community. Based on recent events, my husband has taken down his review and I am now unable to write the glowing review I had planned and here is why. Pristine cleaned our windows a few weeks ago. We thought they did a great job. For the most part they did. After they left though, later that night, we noticed that the glass panel in our front door was all of a sudden foggy. We are observant people so we know it wasn't like that the way before the windows were washed. We didn't make much of it, as we just figured we would call Brandon and he'd know how to fix it. We figured maybe it was a chemical residue that he could remove. We weren't worried. What transpired next was both a shock to us and just completely unprofessional. Brandon immediately went on the defensive, accusing me of accusing him of ruining our door panel. He wasn't interested in what the problem was, just in defending his company. It was an irrational, crazy conversation; one I thought would play out quite differently. Did he think we were trying to get a free door panel from him?!?! After a few texts back and forth, he agreed to come and take a look at it. That was March 21st. On April 3rd, he still had not come. So I texted him again, not wanting to get on the phone with him again. He did not respond. I texted him two days later. He did not respond. Later that day I said, ok I guess I will air my grievance in my review. That got his attention and he texted back right away. He said he'd be over tomorrow. He did not show up. He did not call to say he wouldn't show up. That was 6 days ago. So here I am warning all of you to NOT hire Pristine. If everything goes great, then you'll be okay, but should you have any problem of any kind, they will not have the attitude of "how can we make this better," as any good business should have. They will leave you high and dry; make you feel like you are a terrible person who is clearly trying to get away with something. People who know me for 5 minutes know I am not that person and I am deeply offended by his words and his actions. And his inactions. In my opinion, they are not worth the risk. There are plenty of other window washing companies out there that conduct themselves with integrity and treat their clients with respect.
