As soon as we walked in we felt very welcomed. They told her about all her options and even helped with informing her on what is usually more important to buy in her line of work. As she tried on some shirt they even hemmed the pants to the correct length right there. We panicked when they call the USPS to confirm the voucher but the supervisor was not in, we thought we were going to be asked to return another day but instead the owner said no problem I will just call him tomorrow.
