In 2025, they built a new front porch with a railing after heavy snow collapsed the metal awning that had been on there for decades. In late 2025, they sprayed insulation in the walls of two rooms, repaired the drywall and a ceiling crack, and painted both rooms from top to bottom. They also installed insulation in the crawlspace. I was so happy to have the insulation when the temps dropped below zero in January 2026. Jad and his crew do what they say they'll do with professionalism, expertise, and care. Within 2.5 hours our tile floors (and the very dirty grout) were cleaned and sealed. Sparkling really. Came back 2 days later for some touch up as the last thing he said to us was if there is anything we didn't like or wanted fixed to just call, that he stands behind his work 100% and it is so true... my wife says it's the best money we've spent in a long time!
