It has lots of autographed pictures of the Celtics, Patriots, Bruins and of course Red Sox. Some cool new pictures and lots of older, more expensive autographs of New England sport legends. Especially for something like boots that you're going to be wearing all the time. So a few days later I swing back by the store and ask if I could exchange them for a different size (still new in the box, tags, wrappers, didn't even lace them all the way). I was told albeit politely, that they cannot exchange or return them because they were "special order".... I'm sorry.. what?? Special order? You sell Carolina Boots..? Mind you, NONE OF THAT was mentioned prior to me agreeing to order them, or even when I took delivery of them. Politely told to kick rocks (pun intended). Any other shoe outlet would gladly either exchange and quite honestly except a return. Any local name brand store front, and definitely an online shop. This is one of the reasons why local stores go out of business sadly. Poor service. Because now I have a really really nice pair of boots that don't fit. In closing: if your policy is NO EXCHANGE/RETURN on "ordered" shoes, you need to disclose that before hand. ZERO excuses. Lazy and quite honestly it's unprofessional.
