I came here to deal with some noise issues I had and left the car, less than an hour later they called to tell me the car is ready. It had a minor issue that only needed 20 min work and they charged me for only 20 min work and not a full hour, honesty is always appreciated. While I still talking to the owner trying to ask questions about the inspection, I noticed his coworker is trying to lift my vehicle, I repeatedly asked him to stop lifting before I finished asking questions. He continued lifted the vehicle on the hoist. Then the owner says the brakes are not passing safety before he even checked the actual brake themselves. I asked what is the thickness of the brake is remaining made it failed. He did not answer. I asked again, he did not answer. I insisted multiple times, then he said it is not the brake. it is the rotors has rust on the side. Then he offered me a package to replaced all the brake pads and rotors. And told me it is only one hour left for getting the parts. I asked what is the quality and warranty of the parts he offered. He said it is good quality, initially stated it is lifetime warranty, I asked him to clarify what condition of the warranty, he then changed and said only 2 years of warranty. I asked if I can bring the parts for him to install, he said no. I ask if I can come back again with a new set of brake and rotor is installed to completed the inspection. He tried to dodge the question. At this time, he kept pushing me to order a new brake and rotor from him. I refused. He then said I need to pay him the full inspection cost before release the vehicle. All these happen within 5 minutes of the vehicle got inside the shop. Basically, he is taking my vehicle as a hostage at that moment with the vehicle hoisted. I asked he for a full inspection report. He said he will but provided nothing. I kept asking for a full report for his work, at the end, he wrote a six-words as an inspection, see the pictures. The whole time I was there were being pushed to install a new brake and rotor on the spot without knowing any details of the condition of the brake and rotor. Again, if there's a 0 star, I will give this a shop a 0 star.

I really didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from him when I arranged for this service. If you want a shop who is honest and treats their customers with respect, I would definitely go ELSEWHERE. It is really disappointing to have a shop try to scam a customer who is very knowledgeable about auto repairs and I am definitely not a pushover.

I got to talk Theo myself, and the guy is super knowledgeable, kind, and speaks very very good French and English. There's no problem at all, and I'd say both his clarity and kindness makes him a better communicator than most. I highly recommend anyone to check it this place if you need any work done of your vehicle. Theo even goes farther in detail to show you what work will be done on the vehicle, and to find you cheaper alternatives. And is just an easy phone call away.

I asked him verify my AC to see if it was an issue with the compressor that needs replacing or if it could be fixed. Instead of just verifying he said he "fixed it" and asked me for 50$. I stupidly gave him the money before checking the work. I told him that the air wasn't cold at all, it was warm as opposed to hot. He said it would cost me 200$ to fix it because he has to refill the whole thing. I told him I had no problem paying the 200$ if it'll be fixed as I wanted from the start.. I said I didn't pay 50$ for warm air instead of hot air so please include this as part of the "real total" to get it fixed. He refused, argues and said I'll have to pay 200$ separately. Will never come back here again and do not recommend this place to anyone who would like honest work, where they can trust someone with their car and money. Learn to at least speak English OR French... and don't steal people's money by doing something that they never asked for and still not fixing the issue. This is unacceptable.
