Our installer arrived right on time, was very professional and did a great job installing our tires to the manufacturer's specifications (he even noted that we need an alignment done based on the way our tires were wearing). I got to talk Theo myself, and the guy is super knowledgeable, kind, and speaks very very good French and English. There's no problem at all, and I'd say both his clarity and kindness makes him a better communicator than most. I highly recommend anyone to check it this place if you need any work done of your vehicle. Theo even goes farther in detail to show you what work will be done on the vehicle, and to find you cheaper alternatives. And is just an easy phone call away.

I asked him verify my AC to see if it was an issue with the compressor that needs replacing or if it could be fixed. Instead of just verifying he said he "fixed it" and asked me for 50$. I stupidly gave him the money before checking the work. I told him that the air wasn't cold at all, it was warm as opposed to hot. He said it would cost me 200$ to fix it because he has to refill the whole thing. I told him I had no problem paying the 200$ if it'll be fixed as I wanted from the start.. I said I didn't pay 50$ for warm air instead of hot air so please include this as part of the "real total" to get it fixed. He refused, argues and said I'll have to pay 200$ separately. Will never come back here again and do not recommend this place to anyone who would like honest work, where they can trust someone with their car and money. Learn to at least speak English OR French... and don't steal people's money by doing something that they never asked for and still not fixing the issue. This is unacceptable.

I was particularly impressed with them on my last visit to replace my tires because as I was driving to the shop my SECOND tire fell off the rim a couple kilometres away. I was stranded on the road without a spare tire but they saved the day! In a matter of 15 minutes they sent out two employees who put on a new tire on the side of the road so that I was able to drive to the shop and get the other 3 put on . All at NO EXTRA charge, NO hassle and a smile. That's what I call service. Thanks!
