I was remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms and the panel needed an upgrade and the kitchen needed a total rewire to handle the modern appliances. Built in microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, etc, etc. I also wanted switched electric in all the bedroom's ceilings, living room, entry hall. Devon was my second estimate. I called him on a Monday. He was there on Wednesday morning to discuss my needs and had a complete bid by Friday morning. The great thing about Devon was his Superior Customer Service. He did not try to up sell me on a panel that was more than i needed for a small house and his bid to do all the interior upgrades were less than the first bid. He was there the following Monday ready to go. He communicates very well and was a true professional. A few minor things he found along the way were handled with no problems or extra charges. Had another great experience working with Nitesh yesterday. He's like that one friend that goes…read moreabove and beyond to help you out. And he's also very patient and kind. One of our old fluorescent recessed lights stopped working and I tried to change it to a newer LED recessed light. I wasn't able to get it to work and I called Nitesh. He gave me some tips to bypass the transformer but I still wasn't able to get it to work. He offered to come check it out and gave me a date and time a few days later. He made the drive up to San Jose all the way from Monterey and came early too. While fixing it, he patiently walked me through his steps so I could do it myself next time incase another old one goes out (I still have a couple old lights left and they don't make them anymore).
