Utter charlatans, avoid them at any cost and just call Consumer Electric, Inc. instead. "Warrior" never even contacted me after asking for my phone on Yelp. Meanwhile, CE from Monterey came, inspected the house, fixed the problem, proposed additional improvements and we are already scheduling the second phase of the project. P.S. Funny, after hearing about this review, Roger suddenly found the time from the emergency he claims he's dealing with to call and tell me how I have so much time on my hands to destroy his company's reputation, of course knowing absolutely nothing about what I do or where I work. REVIEW IS NOT BASED OFF SERVICE Unfortunately I did not get to experience his wonderful work everyone is talking about. I had sent a message on trying to get some work done in my home. It was pretty detailed with Pictures. He asked for my number and told me he would give me a call. I followed up a couple weeks later and he was apologetic that he had been swamped with work and that he would have a technician reach out to me. A month has passed and nothing. No call or reply. Roger & his associate showed up promptly, did an impeccable job installing lights on a newly built pergola & ran electrical to a new outdoor fountain. While here he also cleaned up messy wires running into the electrical panel. They were also extremely careful not to harm our recently planted landscape. He was honest and straightforward about the price and was able to schedule our service quickly. He was reasonably priced; we got a few other quotes that were in the same range but his was a bit lower. He called the day before our appointment to confirm and give an updated arrival time. We wanted to get recess light installed in our family room and also change the recess light trims in the kitchen and dining area. I contacted warrior electric and got a very quick response from them. Roger was quick in responding with a quote by looking at the pictures of our family room. Roger and his team were very professional and arrived on time for the job. They did a great job with installation. We faced some issue with replacing trims in the kitchen as I had bought trims which did not fit the existing housing. Roger was quick enough to make a trip to Lowes and get the matching housing and finished the work. I would definitely recommend warrior electric! What a pleasure to work with this company! I called for an appointment and was given one immediately. They showed up on time and ready to work. They installed two ceiling fans and removed a ceiling fan and a ceiling lamp. The job took about an hour and a half with two people. I was doing landscaping work and needed an electrician to run power from my house to a spot in the backyard to power my gazebo. I called a few well-reviewed electricians on Yelp and went with Warrior Electric because of a good combination of price + reviews + good initial phone call about the project. I was so happy with the job they did, I ended up calling them back out the next time I needed electrical help (A/C stopped working). That job ended up being way bigger than expected (needed a whole new sub-panel instead of just a breaker - and they showed me the old melted sub-panel to make sure I knew it was needed). They went out of their way to squeeze me into their schedule quickly (it was hot and I really needed the A/C), and they got the job done well, including adding a whole-home surge protector that I asked about at the last minute. Now I've got them out adding an outlet to the back of my house and hanging string lights - and once again they've done a fantastic job. Cleaned up after themselves, did minimally invasive work with my landscaping, and all the electrical work and attention to detail is top-notch. I've used Warrior Electric for two jobs in my home and have been very pleased their service! Roger fulfilled our first request the same day we called, swapping out a 220V outlet and breaker for 110V, which allowed us to use a new gas range we'd just received. He also answered a few random questions I had, which led to the second job. On that visit he replaced my dining room light fixture and swapped out a 50A circuit breaker for my air conditioner for a 30A breaker, finally addressing a problem from noted in the inspection report from my home purchase. I spoke with Roger (the owner) who went to the rental the very next day to give me a bid. He was quick to give me a written estimate which was also very reasonable. We hired Warrior Electric to add/relocate an outlet for a wall mounted TV. Roger did a great job adding a recessed outlet with the minimum amount of cutting to the existing drywall. I have a vaulted ceiling in my kitchen and wanted to add three pendant lights. I submitted an online request for a quote, spoke with Roger about the project and he suggested he take a look at the job. Roger came by on a Thursday looked at the project and had some concerns about running the wires. He was polite, on time, no nonsense and gave me a best and worse case scenario bid so I booked him for the following Monday. Friday he called to update me on the availability of a part (very efficient). The job was more involved but despite that he also took care of a hard wired smoke/carbon alarm, installed three motion lights around the house and still finished about 3pm. They finished my installation and even accommodated me on two additional projects. Warrior Electric represents the best of small business.
