The service man arrived promptly at the time I was told he would arrive After checking everything, he was confident a good cleaning inside would solve the problem. While he had the dryer apart, he noticed the belt was cracked and had stretched over time. It was replaced. A thorough cleaning was done including sensors. The dryer is operating like new.

I guess the best I can say is I called and a "technician" showed up the same day (Friday of a long…read moreweekend). Its not quite like they say in the advertisement , he showed up in a car not a fully stocked truck, with a small tool box that he never opened. He played with the knobs on the dryer a bit and proclaimed it was the main board and he would have to get it from their Toronto and he could install it on Tuesday. He took a deposit and left. Tuesday he called advising it was delayed and he would call when came in. By Friday I was watching the pile of laundry grow, I watched a few You Tube videos and then looked a the main board to see how hard it would be to change. I found one of the connections wasn't seated properly, I plugged it in, turned it on dryer and it works perfectly. I sent an email to cancel the new part but as of a week later I have still heard nothing from them and the dryer is still working perfectly. You are probably better using You Tube. At least I only lost my deposit and not the rest of the $650 estimate
