I had this service for two years and the constant turnover required me to train someone every 3 months as there was no transition. The last deep clean (~$700 which left my home honestly less clean than before which is unreal) actually left more laundry than before and they actually pilled up dishes in my sink more than before. Horrible service and I cannot believe the ranking they have here. Attached are photos of their 'after service' with rotting food in dishes left along with dishes pilled up in the sink after a 'crew' and a deep clean. Shannon arrived a few minutes prior to the expected time. The requested service was for all windows to be cleaned, including the housing. I was under the impression the quote included all windows, upstairs and downstairs. The note Shannon had for the job was for all upstairs and only a portion of downstairs. After discussion of what I thought the original quote was for, as well as sending an email to the contact info, Shannon was able to complete all windows in the allotted time. In addition, the original price for the quote was not changed. The contact representative was very thorough and quick to respond to my concerns. Shannon did a phenomenal job and we will use the company for future cleaning needs. read more

Terrible experience. I have used this service several times and each time the customer service gets worse. Scheduled a comprehensive clean she didnt dust, clean the kitchen properly, vacuumed areas that we were expected to be done, and more. she was done 2 hours earlier than expected. I keep finding things she missed. they ignored my concerns. when I called the office to address my concerns they were ignored and the receptionist was rude. poor customer service all around. I am canceling my monthly cleanings. I don't recommend them. you are better off cleaning yourself. read more

I hired Sparkle & Shine to do some cleaning for my elderly mother. Not only did they do a remarkable job cleaning, they were so good to my mom. She had special requests with cleaning products due to her COPD and they were amazing to accommodate and make sure that they were using the product that wouldn't effect my moms breathing. Our new house had not been cleaned in years. Sparkle Clean made the house look new! They were able to accommodate our schedule and clean the entire house before we moved in. They scrubbed the appliances to the point where they look brand new. There was not a spot of dirt to be found anywhere! Everyone I talked or texted with from the company has been extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The entire process of setting up a deep clean for a new house was extremely smooth and easy. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of service this company provided. I initially went with Sparkle and Shine because of the positive online reviews, unfortunately my experience with this company was extremely negative. The cleaning crew ended up being 15 minutes late when I needed to get to work. When I came home from work that evening hardly anything was cleaned. The two cleaners did a good job in the kitchen but didn't touch anyplace else. There was still hair in the shower, tooth paste in the sink, and NOTHING was dusted. Everything still had dust on it. I called and said I wanted someone to come back and fix it the next day. They sent another cleaner out the next day and she did get a lot of missed cleaning spots but still missed a handful of shelves and other surfaces that needed to be dusted. If you want a company that doesn't rush off to the next job and actually does a good cleaning job please hire another company. I left a huge holiday tip prior to the service and STILL received the worst experience. Very unfortunate and sad. Don't use this business. read more
