Marissa and Brandon sent their best technician to clean out carpets and stairs. I dont recall his name, but he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job and offered some advice on carpet shampooing. We normally use our shampoo machine, however it doesn't clean like their steam clean machine He made certain to clean the trouble areas and stairs. In their interactions with my husband and me, Kennedy and Crystal have always been personable, positive, respectful and even caring. Overall good experience. Mildew and mold were noticeable on my vinyl siding. I tried power washing it myself a couple of years back but I wasn't very successful / effective. I called and was helped immediately over the phone, then given a competitive free estimate a few days later. Used their services for a little over a year. First year everything was fine. Then quality began to slip. Very rarely had the same team and we noticed the shortcuts that were taken. (Greasy range hood, backsplash not cleaned, Swiffer dust cloth fragments left behind, not cleaning toilets thoroughly. We used Koda for 4+ years. They do a good job cleaning; however, they struggle with their scheduling and consistency. They do not have an efficient way of communicating with their customers, which adds up to additional time on the customer end for a time saving service. They had broken minor things in our home - which is expected when you are dusting - and had previously been willing to replace or credit the clean if something was broken. However, when they broke (2Xs) an expensive electronic faucet in our home their customer service and professionalism went out the door and they began to blame us for their mistake. Zach, the manager, was incredibly rude and unwilling to work with us. He then engaged in gaslighting and aggressive behavior toward our contractor who worked on replacing it, blaming the contractor for shoddy work. The sink was fine before Koda showed up and broken after they left. EACH. TIME. They refused to cover the cost of the labor to replace the faucet, even after I contacted the manufacture and was able to get the faucet replaced at no cost. Then they will blame you for their mistake. I am deeply saddened by the lack of professionalism, even after we were customers for 4+years. They also refused to mediate even when the Better Business Bureau was involved. Their reasoning was that "they have cleaned thousands of sinks without an issue." That is like me saying "I have driven thousands of times without ever hitting a car." It is true, until it is not. Buyer beware that they are great until they are not, and then you will be out time and money. read more
