I was fully transparent with what I was looking for and provided the instructions because I knew it was an odd task and I didn't want this to become exactly what it did... After two days and hundreds of dollars, I was left with a barely built and bent gazebo. This included whole pieces not put back on and a giant hole in the mosquito netting. Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible. Sucks because they were nice guys in person, but I don't think this is the right career path for them.

If I could give this company a negative 10 ********** review, I would! The kitchen, after the 1st cleaning (yes, I say first, please read on...), the stove still has grease and SALT on it. Our stainless steel refrigerator front nor dishwasher had even been WIPED DOWN. The sinks had not been touched and someone else hair was in it! The landing I specifically asked to be cleaned the steps still had coffee dips all over. Our family room, which is a walk-out, still had Leaves and Cheetos on the floor. Dusting... HA WHAT DUSTING? This was all on our main floor... I hadn't even made it to the second floor at this time... I was in astonishment of the LACK OF ANYTHING BEING CLEANED! Sooooooo, I called the owner, and she came out, snapped a few pictures, and sent a 2nd crew. After the second crew had left: MY ASTONISHMENT CONTINUED... Landing still same with coffee drippings, hair (not my own) now on the back of the toilet, Cheetos still on the floor, front glass door untouched, glass fireplace door untouched.... All this for the low low price of $150.00. By the way they REFUSED TO REFUND MY PAYMEMT. Yes, I reported the BBB I could continue; however, YELP probably has a character maximum!
