They scratched my new truck and wouldn't pay for it! I made a claim with them after noticing a scratch down the entire side of my truck into the bed right after getting out of a wash when i went to wipe it down. They reviewed the claim and said there was no way they did it. I asked to see the camera footage they used to assess the claim and the general manager, Denielle, said she wouldn't show it to me and I would need a warrant or subpoena in order to see it. I said if the scratch was there when I pulled in then showing me the camera footage would prove that they didn't do it, if they didn't, and she still said she wouldn't show it to me. Poorly managed, needs upgrade on all of the works inside wash. Brushes stop turning and just drag, usually one step in not running, vehicle doesn't get cleaned, dryers don't dry.. it is falling apart and needs new equipment. Went to the one in Midland and was impressed unlike in Saginaw. read more

The staff is nice but the car wash itself is so horrible that you think Stevie Wonder washed your car. I even think he could have felt the dirt still on the car. Don't ask them to spray the wheel wells because that sprayer is either broken or they already hit the advance button. read more

The entire drivers side of my car was scratched after going through car wash. I immediately went to the booth to complain. They took photos and filled out a form. 3 days later they called to tell me they watched the cameras and the scratch was there before I went through. Idk how they could see through the dirt on the car. I had a feeling they would deny being responsible upon investigating them I see entire Facebook pages dedicated to sharing experiences of damages caused by them and they have a 1.3 star rating. I had the monthly membership for over a year but cancelled it today and will tell everyone I know what they did to my car. I have a video of the scratch showing it's on both doors. read more

Horrible Experience! I was so embarrased when the Unlimited Wash Club giftcard I purchased, wasn't activated. Though my credit card was charged $179.89, there was nothing on the giftcard. I appologised to the person who received my worthless giftcard and then visited the State Street Mister manager, Chris Englehardt. I asked him to refund the charge to my credit card. He took my credit card and reciept and after 20 minutes, told me he wasn't having any success getting the refund. He told me he would contact IT and call me when he was able to get my refund. After a week I returned to Mister and asked to talk with the manager. Again Mr. Englehardt said he wasn't able to get me a refund. He said he would give me a lesser value washclub amount of $119 and put the balance on a giftcard. I wanted a refund. Chris C. read more

I first pulled up to the booth and the lady that was tending it told me to stop. She took a picture of the front of my truck. I asked her if there was a $7 car wash. She said yes there is and charged me $7 probably for the bottom of the line wash. She was extremely nice though and mentioned she hopes they get a price board out there soon. She was the only positive experience. Then as I pull up to the car wash, there was one lady directing me into the wash. She never once told me to turn my wheels to line up. All of a sudden I felt my car shift to the left hard. At least now I knew I was lined up. She then gave me the stop hand and pointed to a board that gave me directions on what to do. I notice she only sprayed the front and drivers side of my truck. Once the truck started moving and I felt all the brushes banging on the truck and I really didn't think anything of it at first. But I was surprised at the end of the wash no one was there to dry my car off. It was some huge shammy brush that didn't dry my truck at all. It just left streaks all over the window since it has been soaked from prior usage. Once I got out I pulled over into another business and looked at the truck. One minor issue. I noticed the bottom of my truck was still dirty. Like nothing ever touched it. The major issue was, the hood of my truck now has black scratches on it. I now need to go get some turtle wax polish and scratch remover to get them out. There is about 10-12 marks on my hood. If I cant get it out I will be back to talk to someone. First time user here. Pulled up to a gentleman which was awkward since it was a touch screen self serve system. He pressed the buttons and then we came to the tip screen. Since you're asking for a tip I assume that you'll actually doing something. No one ever touch my vehicle. Most car washes brush your car before you go through. NOPE! I have a newer truck totally stock and normally kept spotless. Yesterday I ended up driving through some mud getting the tires, wheels and wheel-wells dirty. Today I pulled up to the wash attendant I asked for the basic wash and advised that due to the wheels being dirtier more than normal would he make sure they're clean. The attendant explained that I would need to pay the higher price in order to guarantee my wheels get clean. I explained that since i'm paying for a car wash I expect a clean vehicle and if I didn't receive it I would come back and speak to the manager. The attendant gave me a dirty look, stared at me for several seconds then advised he was the manager. I almost drove away but really wanted the mud off my pickup so I received my change and went through the wash. Upon exiting my wheels still showed spots of dirt as well as the rear wheel-wells had a fair amount of dirt on them. I decided to just drive away and find another wash to do the job correctly. You pull up 2-3 individuals try to sell you a 19.98 unlimited washes. Say no they have a attitude and you pull forward. 1 person at front of car wash sprays the car very little. You go thru and very thing seems new and fancy. You get out none of the bugs are off and dirt still on car. Not one person uses a scrub brush or hand towels vehicle dry. The front attendant didn't pre spray my vehicle. After I went through it, I saw that there were streaks everywhere from the lack of proper drying, and my vehicle was still dirty in some spots, especially the back side. I didn't get the cheapest wash either, and it still didn't make a difference. The touch less car wash does a better job that what I received. Terrible car wash, been through a couple times and the pre wash people don't take any time to clean around the wheel wells. Upon exiting the car wash my vehicle still had dirty snow stuck around the wheel wells and side skirts, I got the tire shine level and it left black oily residue on my rims. They don't have hand dry and they are way over priced for the quality of the wash. I'll be going to the competition. The previous company did a WAY better job of cleaning your car. Oh. I just washed my car and the passenger door is half clean again. obviously they run the conveyor to fast and the equipment bounce off the car instead of following smoothly along my car causing the equipment to miss part's. This wash WRECKED my truck! The spinning drier application ripped the chrome off my grill! All because they don't have humans drying the vehicle Called management and said they weren't responsible for damage! All of the mechanics were very harsh on my vehicle. The attendant on the way into the wash only hand sprays one side of the vehicle because there is not enough time for 1 person to get the whole car as fast as they push them through. In the 3 times I've been there, the car came out dirty every time. Let's see, 1 less attendant going in, no attendants coming out to wipe the car and 1/2 the car is sprayed before going in plus the cost is almost double. I won't be back. I really thought it was a great idea to pay for unlimited car washes but the quality of the car wash has really gone down. My truck is never clean especially the back. It doesn't get dry like when there were the people that towel dried it before because there is always left over soap which streaks and leaves spots. Long time customer of the Firehouse Car Wash, which this business is not( They could learn customer service from them) When they first opened I gave them a benefit of the doubt went to both locations in Saginaw both places had to run my vehicle thru the second time to get unit cleaned. Their prep at the beginning the brushes never left the buckets, they sprayed vehicle very lightly. At the end the blowers got rid of most of the water but no wipe down. Once again no good customer service. Went to Eddie's Car Wash they make sure your vehicle is properly prepped all heavy dirt, snow, ice etc is sprayed of. One time thru the wash is enough towel dried at the end. Customer service is job one for them and all worker very pleasant, hope they don't change they have my business. Mister Car Wash needs to be reminded a happy customer will tell a few friends, a dissatisfied customer will tell many!!!!!!!! read more

Too bad we can't give this one star. Just spray your car with a hose at home - much more effective. Before the "remodel" they had two ppl spraying & scrubbing for pre-wash and two ppl drying at end. Now one guy sprays a little water on you at beginning and no drying. Also different soap and cleaning system. Took wife's SUV thru, not that dirty, and it came out looking worse. Still dirty, water spots, dried soap, film all over. No dash wipe or trash bag. Oh, and the old vacuums that were worn out before didn't get replaced so they still have no suction. They also have a person trying to give you a sales pitch on car washes before they will let you go in. The "wax" they offer is a huge wall of orange goop that coats your vehicle.
