I love the vintage feel it's old-fashioned, which is really cool. An old parking lot with big shady trees and inside beautiful kind people who will dry clean your clothes perfect. I've never seen my clothes so clean. I can't even believe it because the place I went to before was famous for cleaning clothes in an environmental way And then they closed down. I've gone through two dry cleaners that have closed down. Dry cleaners are extremely important and hard to find. Again, I drive from the coast I hope they're here 10 to 15 years because I'll keep coming back and bringing all my beautiful vintage clothing and coats which they clean so perfectly. They even found my bracelets and put them in a small pouch which I was so happy to find because some people would've stole them so they are very honest And they pack your clothes so carefully. The only thing I wish they didn't do is use as much paper on the hangers, but what can I do? I took all the paper off and recycled it and I'm keeping all the hangers and recycling and returning those as well to another dry cleaner nearby since it's kind of far for me. I don't regret the drive. I really love this place and I will be a good customer here for years and years to come.

In my opinion, Pam is one of the most unwelcoming managers I've ever encountered. The entire atmosphere changes when she's there. Instead of feeling like you're walking into a neighborhood business, it feels tense, uncomfortable, and uninviting. I've personally seen customers spoken to in ways that I found disrespectful, and I've watched people leave looking embarrassed or upset. No one should be made to feel small or like they're an inconvenience for simply being a paying customer. What disappointed me the most was what I saw as inconsistent standards in how management handled different situations. That left me with the impression that fairness and accountability were lacking. As the owner, Kathy is responsible for the environment she's created by allowing this kind of management style to continue. A business is only as good as its leadership, and unfortunately, that leadership has made this laundromat feel anything but welcoming. My advice to anyone considering EZ Laundry is simple: spend your money somewhere you'll be treated with kindness and respect. There are plenty of businesses that value their customers. I dreaded going to the laundromat, but I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and the kindness of the owners. They are very helpful, making sure, if you need help, they are there to help. Also, Ryko, who works there in the evenings, is very helpful, carrying out your laundry to your vehicle. He takes ownership of the laundromat, maintaining the owner's standards, safe, clean, and friendly place to come, to take care of your laundry needs.

We unloaded our hampers and went on to determine what size machines we needed to tackle the job ahead of us. We used an 8 load machine for the overabundance of towels I'd somehow accumulated, then selected a 6 load for colors, and a 4 load for jeans. The payment process was a breeze, no more plugging a roll of quarters, these Speed Queens were set up for ePayment. Better yet, if you're a frequent customer, you might want to download the app for bigger savings and deals. I should've known that the power and temperature of these commercial dryers would be intense, but let me share a lesson - DO NOT use high heat unless you want your clothes to shrink! That cute babydoll tee can now literally fit a baby. While waiting for our clothes to finish, we watched Minions on the big screen tv. What was missing? Screaming kids running around. This place was super chill, and never got too busy, but we got there early evening on a weekday. By the time we had all of our clothes folded, it was pushing 9 pm. Deadline for the last load in is 8:30 pm. Shout out to Babette, who was super helpful sharing the info about the app, and spent the rest of the time cleaning dryer vents and wiping everything down while we were there. The experience was pleasant and I was finally able to get all of my laundry cleaned in one evening.
