Madelaine Caissie got her Nutrition diploma from University of Moncton in 2007. She specialized her studies in sport nutrition, weight loss, psychological aspects and relation with food. She's also a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. She started private consulting right after she obtains her diploma. She have over 14 years experience in the fitness industry as a gym rat, fitness competitor and private consulting. She also made her mark into real estate. She own few rental properties in the Greater Moncton. Every girl wants to feel good inside out. She believes it all begins with the way you treat your body. She will guide you through your path to a healthy lifestyle. She custom design a plan for you while following your goals and lifestyle while offering the best support when you need it.
