No call, text or any form of communication. It's been almost a week and I still haven't heard from them. I guess they don't need my business. Very disappointing to waste an entire afternoon waiting. Well I don't deal with company's that don't show so I'll be taking all my business elsewhere. There's no excuse for not communicating in the age of cell phones. The workers came to the door and said that some machines needed to be replaced, and I was also very active in replacing them immediately. But recently, I called on June 30th and said that the filter needed to be updated, and I immediately agreed to replace it. They came to change the filter on July 1st the next day. After replacing the filter, the worker said that if there was a problem, I would contact them. I said yes. But last night, on August 6th, I found that the bottom of the pool was leaking and the water flowed out of the cabinet. When I checked, I found that a tube of the filter was slowly dripping out little by little. I contacted them and sent them video messages, but they didn't reply to messages and calls. I called them again the next day, and a Chinese woman answered the phone. She said that there was a fee for door-to-door maintenance. I said that it was because your workers did not install it after changing the filter water, and the water was a little flow. If it didn't flow outside, it would not be found. She said it's been a month, because it didn't happen before, and they didn't tell me that there was a deadline. This Chinese woman's attitude is very unfriendly, saying that the machine is old and needs to be replaced with a new one. But the worker didn't say that he needed to replace it. Every time I replaced the filter, the worker would tell me that some of them needed to be replaced, but he didn't say it this time. Now if there is a problem, I will replace it with a new one. And this is because the workers didn't install it well when replacing the filter, so it started to drip. Then she told me that she was driving and it was inconvenient to talk.
