I have been using their water purification and filtration for a long time. Every time they call me to say that the filter needs to be replaced, I am very active in replacing it. Been using Professional Pure Water Systems for a few years. The water was often cloudy and we found some sediment and impurity in the water. Even after changing filters and telling the technician the issue it was not resolved. When we call the business a lady just insulted us, didn't try to resolve the problem. We just wanted the technician to come and fix it. We even went to the shop inside the supermarket and the lady was rude, disrespectful and refused to even send a technician over. She told us to try drinking tap water and see the difference, she never cared about our concerns and never got us any service. We had been long-time customers. We eventually had a technician friend come to look at it and he showed us how there was crack in the system, the water pressure was too high and one filter had to be changed. It shocked us because we just had Professional Pure Water come a few months ago, paid almost $400 for maintenance, new filter and everything. PPWS is not professional at all. We think we have been scammed by a bad business that only take the money but doesn't deliver pure water. Stay away from it. It does not care about its customers at all. read more

Using defective equipment and careless poor installation method to install water purification system leads to water leakage and damages to my kitchen cabinets and refuse to hold liability for it. They tried to get rid of me by paying me 100 dollar for the inconvenience caused. This is far beyond inconvenience, it is property damage. I was in the need of a professional to check my water filter system as we had changed the filters ourselves. We had ordered filters off Ebay and replaced them ourselves. Will not make that mistake again. I had no clean water coming out of my system. I did some research and came across New Professional Pure Water, I requested an estimate and they quickly got back to me and I was able to schedule a technician to come and check my water filter for the next day. The gentleman that came was very puntual and told me what was the problem. He showed me how my filters that were "new" were not the best quality. These "new" filters were already dirty and had black spots. He also had to change the drain pipe, were the unclean water comes out, as it was cracked. He also checked my tank and its pressure. It took him about an hour to fix my water filter system. He said wait 2 hours to use it as the tank was loading. Sure enough after those 2 hours, I had clean, crisp, and tasty water. I moved into a place that already had a reverse osmosis system purchased from their store. I didn't want to waste the system and replace it if it was still working so I contacted the phone number on the system and spoke to Janice. She sent a tech out to replace all five filters and get the system up and running again. A few months later, I found the RO system continuously running and making loud sounds, which is very odd because the system had been running without any noise. I contacted Janice again and she sent a senior tech out to check on the system. He was very knowledgeable and kind! He found that one of the check valves installed by the previous tech. stopped working. The one-way flow valve became a two-way flow valve, and this caused some of the discharge water to flow back into the membrane. He changed the valve and the membrane filter. Unfortunately, this was not covered under warranty although it had been less than one year, so I did have to pay for the new filter and valve. Overall, the RO system and filters are great and the customer service is great! My TDS meter shows the water at 28 ppm now, whereas the city water supply is 423 ppm. Yikes! read more

They reacted the same; defensive denying any possible mistakes that have gone wrong. Instead of admitting that they made mistakes, which I understand happens, they gave all reasons why it could never be them or that any likelihood of the possibilities that it was them. They did not even try to look into it. No pure water, no damages; pure water, water damages; let us see where we went wrong, where we missed on properly installing the pure water. This would have been truly more of an appropriate servicing response, not arguing with me how it could never be them. Same as their reactions to the feedback here. No improvements. Long as nothing happens to go wrong, you be satisfied with them, it is when any stuff goes wrong so, just be sure you are among the lucky ones that happen to have nothing go wrong from their installations. Talk about humbleness, Janice L needs to learn from other businesses that received bad reviews. Learn from them, how they accept what their customers have to comment on their services; regretting that their clients have had to have bad experiences to those they serve, an experience they do not desire; all sides, for them to realize that they have done such terrible jobs, for their clients, to have had such bad experiences; wanting to know more about what happened and the details to realize how things could have gone so wrong. Below the kitchen sink. It is when it is being placed below the sink that that worker insisted on drilling holes to hang the pure water with a certain space 'below to wipe the cabinet', the way that worker likes it, not how the customer prefers it. I preferred to move the pure water to wipe the cabinet when and if I wanted, not having it drilled to the cabinet. Stop your arguing Janice L, it is not professional, it is impolite, truly bad, terrible, lousy services to your customers, also it does not look good on you. The better businesses do not ask their clients to call them as Janice L does. Just so Janice L can argue more with the customers on why they can never be at fault? We purchased from them, how do they not have our contacts? ''don't have your information'' They got all our details. How else do you go to some one's home? Been using their water system for years, water quality is ok, no complaints. However, they are selling their filters and Reverse Osmosis Membrane at inflated price. I've had some problems with my RO system recently, called them to ask for some advice. Absolutely no customer service at all. They will NOT tell you anything without buying their filters or membrane first. In fact, they are pretty straight forward, one older lady works inside the Shun Fat Market, she was like " I will tell you what to do if you buy this". I ended up buying the Reverse Osmosis Membrane @ $73 but still did not fix the problem. I've done some research online and decided to buy a new system. Bought an APEC Roes PH-75 6-stage system @$230, installed in an hour, happy with the quality. By the way, the membrane they sold me at $73, Amazon sells for $12.99, what a shame! read more

Due to the pandemic, we had to change our way of providing clean drinking water to our employees and we got a touch-less ice / water machine. Got a quote for water filtration system from at least 10 places ranging from $240 (3 stage non R/O system)to $5,000 for a really nice commercial filtration system. Janice and Eric was able to squeeze me in their busy schedule and for $300 total was able to hook up two ice / water machines to one 3 stage R/O. I will only need to change the filters once for two ice / water machines. Eric had to run the water line about 100 feet to the other ice / machine. The closest quote for this job was about $1,000 which I felt was a rip off. Eric has a mind for providing his customers the bottom line value. I was not willing to pay elsewhere for excellent customer service and his customer service was acceptable. I will be using their services again. Thanks. read more
