I didn't have an appointment but they happily got me started for my pedicure. They provided a wide selection of color options and made sure I was able to find the one I came in looking for. Right away I was greeted (4X), which definitely shows the level of attention to the client. I was seated within 1 minute and was told that the mani might not be able to be accommodated, but they were able to do so, which I really appreciated. I live 35 minutes away, but they did such a great job that I wouldn't mind making the trip. The massages on my hands and feet and was nice. They were both funny and kind. Pedicure: $58/gel (Annie) Manicure: $38/gel (May) Added $20 tip ($10 + $10) Total: $116 The best thing is that they don't charge an extra fee and accept credit card, which is really nice for the client.

They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. But after file she said she can't go shorter than this... i have had the owner did my nails once and he can make it shorter than these. Who knows, maybe her skills are not that great to start with. I looked at my nails and some are a bit off and crooked. I told her that it's a bit crooked and to fix it. She looks at it and said, "Honey, your nails are crooked." With a iritated high tone. I think it's just inappropriate to straight up to tell your guest that its my own fault that my nails are crooked. I know her art and nail work is awesome but I think she can do a lot better if she slows down and take her time. I love my 2nd set nails from her. I gave her an inspiration example of what I wanted. She do business so expected you to know what color you wanted from her book. She doesn't really help or guide you what to get even if you show her an example.
