I started coming here because it's close to where I live and I thought it looked very clean and put-together inside. The first time I came, I got a full set of GEL X nails and they were done very well! When I came back for a fill however, one of the nails ended up coming off within 3 days after getting them done. I returned, they fixed it for free, so I figured it was no big deal. I came back to get a different full set eventually, and again, one of the nails popped off on its own within the first 5 days of getting them. When I came back for a third time for the same service, hoping the past two visits were flukes, the same thing happened. My two middle finger nails had fallen off by the second day of getting them done and I went back for the third time to get them fixed. By the very next day after getting them fixed, my pinky nail had fallen off. Walking in to get it fixed for the fourth time overall, and second time with this specific set, my other pinky nail fell off as well. Once I got inside to let them know I needed the same set fixed AGAIN, there were a couple nail techs that seemed visibly annoyed at me for even returning. They asked my friend and I to take a seat and wait, after waiting 15 minutes, I was approached and asked to leave and come back at a time when they weren't as busy. I'm very annoyed that this has become a reoccurring issue, but having judgmental looks and little urgency to fix it from some of the service workers on top of that makes this all way too much of a hassle. The convenience of the location is no longer worth the inconvenience of poor services for me. read more

Troy at Copper Nails is "the man is the absolute Best Nail Tech Ever! " Before I met Troy, one of my toenails had become "thicker" and ugly looking, to the point of not wearing open toed shoes. Troy took his time, plus he had the perfect tools in on order to make that former embarrassing toenail look normal just like all the others. Yay! Now I can enjoy wearing sandals again. I also took my sweet 94 yr old Mom to have Troy do a manicure and pedicure for her. Troy could tell by her callous that her weak ankles were turning in and causing her to walk on the inside edge of her foot. We were able to get her better supporting shoes. BE CAREFUL WHEN CHECKING OUT. The lady who did my nails added a $10 tip on my card without asking me first, and got nervous when I said yes I would like my receipt. The receipt showed she added $10. The owner caught it and apologized right away. They have signs saying you can't add a tip when paying with a card. I intended on tipping with cash, and still did tip but I left $5 instead of $10 since I felt she was being deceitful. Glad I caught it and asked what the charge was right away. I was very happy with my gel pedicure from Nina! I went with their basic pedicure package and added gel (+$15) and she did a great job. It was quick but not rushed and she did the best job on my nails that I've had professionally done in a long long time! I would have been happy to give them 5 stars, but I had made a 2:30 appointment and wasn't seen until 3:20. I was luckily in no rush... They did not tell me there would be a considerable delay, but once Nina started she apologized and explained the situation. I wish I had been warned or they had called before I arrived letting me know it would be pushed back nearly an hour, but mistakes happen. The inside was cute, but there was clutter along the walls and mismatched sink bowls. The location is nice and there is a place to get food next door before or after. Inconsistent! My first visit was great. I got nail design and great service. By the time I visited the 3rd time, I had to return the next day to get everything redone. My fourth visit was a nightmare when I told the nail tech that my toes felt sore from my nails being thinned out from that sanding machine. I asked that they properly remove the gel with acetone and he kept telling me it takes too long that way. After having to be stern to keep my nail bed safe I ended up with the worst nail job. I've been following my nail technician for almost 4 years. It's no surprise to me that she finally decided to go into business for herself and bought this place! Cynthia is the best nail technician I have EVER had. I am never disappointed with her services, and my nails are soooo healthy and strong because of her! I usually do a dip manicure, and my nails would stay colored for a month if I'd wait that long. I have to book her services at least 3 weeks out, so I try my best to always book ahead of time. The new owners do not know how to do nails. They all suck! Last time I went and got my nails done here, she struggled so much doing the powder dip, she dipped my nail into the powder like 6 times because she kept messing up, and she charged me $70. Just save your money and go somewhere else! The girl who speaks perfect English is a story teller and has a hard time telling the truth! Ugh.
