Not a very customer oriented Company. They canceled my bi weekly cleaning after 4 plus years because I sent them a text stating I was not happy with my service on the day they cleaned my house. The person cleaning only cleaned the tops of my furniture and not the fronts. I would think it should all be dusted. (I guess not though) My floors hard wood still had dusty spots as well under the furniture. They did send someone to correct it, but the next day I received an email stating they were canceling my service. If I'm paying $190 to have my house cleaned, I should not have to go behind the person and clean what they had missed. It's their loss not mine. Lots of other companies out there. read more

Nikki was my service person today. I had informed the company that I was sick and if they didn't feel comfortable coming while I was sick I would reschedule. I didn't know how this was going to work out or flow. I had 4 daycare children and a husband working from home. I knew my deep clean was going to be overlapping with lunch and nap time. Tunica was very understanding and between her routine and my needs, she got her job done and little to no inconvenience to me. This first visit was a deep clean, so Tunica was here a little longer then she would be normally. Sparkling Clean Maid Service is the best cleaning service I have had yet. They are very professional. They cleaned everything and didn't miss the commonly missed items. My wife has a tray in the bathroom that she puts perfume in and other items. It never gets cleaned. Sparkling actually removed everything off of the tray cleaned the tray and put everything back.
