The carpet in the dog's room appeared untouched. These are not minor oversights--they are clear signs that large portions of the home are being missed. Your company promotes exceptional ratings, but upon closer review, there appears to be a pattern: customers are satisfied with initial deep cleans, but ongoing weekly services decline in quality. Unfortunately, that has been exactly my parents' experience.
