They provide whatever level of assistance you seek and they also let you browse at your own pace, if that is your preference. Yesterday I fell in love with a station necklace, evenly paced stones and seed pearls in various Autumnal colors. As soon as I put it on, I knew I wasn't taking it off! The price point of $60 meant I didn't even have to think about it. There was a also a pair of long, curved silver earrings that I loved. At $245 I'm going to think about them and see if I can't let go of the idea of owning them. LOL. Fortunately, their jewelry is available online so if I decide to buy them for myself for Christmas, I can do so without leaving my home. During COVID they are using all precautionary measures.
