After Luz's the initial visit to assess my condo, I was very surprised of the quote she gave me because it was so inexpensive and affordable. I was a little nervous at first because, usually, you get what you pay for. However, her professionalism and attention to detail earned my trust. A week before the staging appointment, I had new carpet installed. Due to some error in ordering, I received a much darker carpet than what I was expected, and the dark carpet made my condo look smaller. I sent Luz picture of my new carpet and she assured me that she will adjust the furniture to suit the new color. The date of staging appointment, Luz showed up on time. As agreed in the contract, I left the condo to let her do the work. When I came home, I was so amazed by how beautiful my condo transformed into. From a simple condo, it now looks luxurious yet still warm and welcoming, not to mention so much bigger. Luz didn't overwhelm the place with a lot of furniture; she put just enough.
