Very disappointed in the car wash we received. We bought the $44 car wash which was supposed to be the top of the line clean and interior. I could've paid for the $30 wash and received the same service. I even asked what the difference was and was told the $44 is a thorough wipe down and much deeper clean than the $34 but actually it's the same thing. The guys cleaning the car don't even look at what we paid for. The mats in the car still had dried dirt. All the doors had shoe prints where the boys kick open the doors. Snapped a pic of the screen to show just one example of the cleanliness a $44 wash gets you. Avoid this place. Wash it yourself at one that gives you all the materials to do it! I just returned from a long trip to Illinois. Car was covered in bugs so I thought the perfect time to use one of the full service washes I was gifted earlier this year. When I pulled in and asked for full service the person working asked if I wanted the bugs cleaned off. Well, that's kind of the point. He stated if I wanted the bugs cleaned I'd need to pay an extra $10. Seems odd as to me washing a car is cleaning it and all the extras are wax more detailing, etc. I was in a bit of a rush so headed out when they were done. Now, too close to closing and there are still bugs, and in fact the dust on the dash is still there so they didn't even wipe it off at all. Have been coming here for a long time now, but today I took in my outback for a wash and it appears the washer completely popped off my rear wiper cover exposing the screw, and cracked the wiper arm. If I could leave zero stars I would. Sub par at best and charged $20 to clean 4 mats on top of the $35 cleaning. Was told the front mats were included and then charged for all 4 after the fact. Told me up front inside the doors were not included but they didn't even do the stuff that was supposed to be included. Save your money and go elsewhere. It's suppose to include a basic wipe down but NOT your cup holders, they said smh. I don't see where they wiped my interior down. I still have smudges on my doors and dirt that was not vacuumed. I could've just went to the $7 car wash. Shame on me for not double checking my car before I left. They did not do a good job at all and charge $5 per car mat to simply just spray them with water. Do NOT go here: Bad detail, cracked my windshield, unprofessional, horrible customer service. They cracked my windshield and are denying responsibility claiming "it's the heat and I clearly have a rock chip that I didn't notice," even though there is no rock chip as evidenced by their own security camera manager showed me. After car detailed- dash not wiped and still dusty. Manager very unprofessional. Customer service took 24 days to get back to me about windshield. Manager was confrontational and defensive right off the bat. Told me it was because it's so hot outside. Finally got her to tell me their process for when cars are damaged while in their possession and she said, "you can file a claim but corporate will deny it." Zero service recovery. I'm definitely not the type of person to take advantage of something like that. My car was legit damaged while in your possession. First, the five star review is solely due to the manager on duty Nancy. People like Nancy is why I've continued to drive 30 minutes from my home and pass numerous other car washes along the way to support a locally owned car wash that I've been a customer at for 25 years. Fortunately, in my opinion, the quality has remained above average amongst the competitors but i have to be honest the drive up sales staff has taken many steps back in their approach with customer service. I've had poor experiences with Chris but have never entered a review but today working with another sales lady I felt it was time to communicate with their manager Nancy. Nancy asked me to complete the review and out of respect for her and her hustle I wanted to communicate my poor experiences. In hopes senior management assist with the communication of expectation to their sales staff. I appreciate the hustle of all the employees here as it's noticed and valued from a customers perspective. I've been going here for years so yesterday I decided to get my car cleaned inside and out. I wasn't interested in detailing but rather a good wash and interior vacuum and wipe down. We waited for 20 minutes to have someone come up to write up our preferences. He then told us it would be $18.99 and to pay him. I'd always gone in to the cashier to pay and asked why I wasn't going there only to be told "She quit. You wanna be the cashier?" I wasn't comfortable at all in giving a credit card to that guy so I left without getting my car washed. I got the impression that this employee couldn't care less about the customers and since employees are quitting and there are at least 3 other car washes within 5 to 10 minutes I predict that their days of being in business are numbered. read more

I've had a membership here for several years and overall I've been very pleased with their service. I take my suv up there once a week or so for the full service package. Most of the time they do a great job. From time to time it's just an ok job, but that's not normal for them. Typically my car comes out very clean and the interior has been vacuumed and wiped down really well. I enjoy the weekly trip up there as the facility is clean, there is a nice selection of car accessories and there's always something interesting on the tv. read more

First time washing my car here. The greeter was amazing and very informative. Every other part of my experience was horrible. Since it was my first time, I needed some direction as to where exactly to go... No one actually speaks to you they just point & grunt. The machinery definitely needs cleaning and updating! You could hear every gear and lever clunking ! After my exterior wash was done and I pulled to the drying area, the gentleman drying my car was talking on his phone while using minimum effort to shammy off whatever was missed. But it was like watching a blind man coloring. My windshield still has four smudges on it that said blind man could probably spot. So very glad I didn't get talked into the higher dollar wash and just did the exterior. Can't wait to go home's fact my car closely.
